Man Arrested On 5 Stalking, 8 Breach Charges: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Isaiah Roy, 23, of Concord was cited at 1:44 p.m. on Jan. 2, 2022, on a bench warrant after an incident at Concord Hospital on Pleasant Street.

Kaleb Ferland, born 1991, of Concord was arrested at 8:57 a.m. on Jan. 2 on simple assault and criminal mischief charges after an incident at Starbucks on Loudon Road.

Lance C. Vivian, 28, of Concord was arrested at 8:03 p.m. on Jan. 1 on a felony second-degree assault charge as well as simple assault and criminal mischief charges. He was arrested after an incident at Neuro International on Loop Road.

Corey A. Halsey, born 1989, of Concord was cited at 11:30 a.m. on Jan. 1 on operating with an expired license and unregistered vehicle charges after an incident on Interstate 393.

Brandon C. Ess, born 1989, of Concord received a summons at 10:30 a.m. on Jan. 1 on operating with an expired license and unregistered vehicle charges after an incident on Interstate 393.

Jedidiah T. Kendall, born 1998, of Barnstead was arrested at 5:48 a.m. on Jan. 1 on a driving under the influence charge after an incident on Clinton Street.

Ryan R. Emmett, 43, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 10:15 p.m. on Dec. 31, 2021, on stalking-domestic violence, stalking, and seven breach of bail charges after incidents at Poplar Avenue. He was also charged with resisting arrest or detention after an incident at the Irving-Circle K on Route 3A in Bow, a felony controlled drug charge and a bench warrant after an incident on Green Street, and breach of bail and two stalking charges after an incident at the Best Western on Hall Street. Emmett was arraigned on the drug charge on Jan. 5 and is due back in Merrimack County Superior Court on March 10 for a dispositional conference.

Alexandra Davis Eckersley, 25, a homeless woman now located in Concord, was arrested at 2:20 p.m. on Dec. 31 on a bench warrant after an incident at 374 Loudon Road.

Kevin Donald McFetridge Jr., 20, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 1 p.m. on Dec. 31 on a credit card fraud charge, less than $1,000, and two receiving stolen property charges, less than $1,000. He was arrested after an incident at Domino’s Pizza on North Main Street. McFetridge was also arrested on a bench warrant after an incident at New England Kenwood on Hall Street.

Frank Musa Seba, born 1998, of Concord was cited at 11:09 a.m. on Dec. 31 on a driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charge after an incident on Green Street.

Moses Seba, born 1998, of Concord was arrested at 9:49 a.m. on Dec. 31 on conduct after an accident and driving after revocation or suspension charges after an incident at Concord Gardens.
