Manchester Man Indicted On Dunbarton Child Rape Charges: Merrimack County Superior Court Indictments

CONCORD, NH — A grand jury in Merrimack County recently indicted the individuals listed below.

Ethan R. Defosses, 20, of Kenwood Avenue in Franklin, on two felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine charges in Concord on April 13. One count, according to the indictment, was less than a half ounce with intent to distribute.

Tara A. Devir, 46, of Manchester Street in Concord, on possession of a controlled drug-subsequent-methamphetamine and two possession of a narcotic drug-subsequent-cocaine and crack cocaine charges, all felonies, after an incident in Franklin on April 27. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted of possession in Merrimack County Superior Court in March 2019.

Brian David Duval, 47, of Lafayette Road in Allenstown, on aggravated felonious sexual assault, two second-degree assault-strangulation-domestic violence, and four domestic violence-simple assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of raping a woman, strangling her, pulling her hair and throwing her to the ground, and kicking and punching her in the head during incidents between Aug. 1 and Aug. 30, Sept. 15, and Dec. 26, 2025, in Allenstown.

Clint M. Middlemiss, 51, of Main Street in Manchester, on three felony counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault. He was accused of raping and sexually assaulting a girl between Jan. 1, 2000, and Dec. 31, 2002, in Dunbarton for a period of more than two months but not more than five years. Middlemiss is a sex offender due to a 2002 possession of child sexual abuse images-victim under 18 conviction.

Jonathan D. Monica, 35, of Ramsay Street in Manchester, on a felony count of possession of a controlled drug-meth-subsequent on Sept. 7, 2024, in Hooksett. According to the indictment, he was previously convicted of acts prohibited in Merrimack County Superior Court in October 2016.

Camden A. Moulton, 28, of Loudon Road in Concord, on a felony count of reckless conduct. He was accused of firing a gun into the woods at the Bow Park and Ride on Route 3A in Bow on April 3.

Elizabeth Mudgett, 40, of Cottage Court in Concord, on a felony conspiracy to sell a controlled drug. She agreed with Christopher Daly, and/or Ryan Myers, and/or Michael Davis, and/or Cassandra George, and/or Maurice Tweedie, and/or Nicole Robinson, and/or confidential informants, and/or others known or unknown to possess fentanyl and meth to distribute between Sept. 3, 2024, and June 25, 2025, in Concord.

Trevor Partridge, 32, of Pleasant Street in Franklin, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl on Jan. 26 in Franklin.

Dylan H. Peterson, 32, of Main Street in Concord, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge on March 15 in Hooksett.

Brad Perreault, 54, of Sandogardy Pond Road in Northfield, on a felony count of operating as a habitual offender. He was accused of driving a Toyota Corolla on Lambert Street in Northfield on March 29 after being certified as a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
