Man Indicted On Fentanyl Distribution, Possession Charges: Merrimack County Court Roundup

Plus: Concord felon indicted on restraint, reckless conduct charges; woman accused of possessing drugs in jail; habitual offenders indicted.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Loren L. Vaughn, 42, of Thorndike Street in Concord on possession of methamphetamine and falsifying physical evidence charges, both felonies. She was accused of possessing the drug and throwing it away from her person while officers were trying to place her in handcuffs on March 9 in Concord.

William A. Yates, 63, of Main Street in Somersworth on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on Jan. 3 in Concord.

Taylor J. Winter, 22, of Concord, incarcerated in the Merrimack County Jail at the time of the indictment, on criminal restraint, reckless conduct, and operating while deemed a habitual offender charges, all felonies. He was accused of driving a 2007 Audi A4 on Interstate 93 in Bow and Hooksett on April 23 recklessly, at speeds of 100 mph or more, while being pursued by state police, while not allowing a 17- and 19-year-old out of the vehicle, and after being certified as a habitual offender.

William Osborne, 53, of Pembroke Street in Pembroke on a felony operating as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Howard Street in Pembroke on March 17 after being certified as a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Julia Petrillo, 23, of Loudon Road in Concord on possession of meth, possession of fentanyl, and two delivery of articles prohibited charges, all felonies. She was accused of possessing the drugs while in the Merrimack County Jail in Boscawen on Feb. 16.

Jonathan Pickering, 35, incarcerated in the Merrimack County Jail at the time of the indictment, on possession of fentanyl-subsequent and two possession of fentanyl with intent to distribute charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing the drug and intended to distribute it on Aug. 19 in Hooksett. Previously, according to the indictment, Pickering was convicted of possessing a controlled in February 2007 in Franklin District Court.

Tawni M. Pillsbury, 33, of Fisherville Road in Concord on motor vehicles; penalties and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charges, both felonies. She was accused of possessing the drug and driving in Hooksett on March 18.

Harry Place, 41, of Oxbow Drive in Boscawen on conspiracy: receiving stolen property-$1,501+ and theft by deception-$1,501+ charges, both felonies. He was accused of agreeing with Kiersten Gadwah to facilitate the sale of a stolen 2008 Suzuki ATV on Feb. 16 in Boscawen.

Jessica Plimpton, 37, of Branch Turnpike in Concord on a felony theft by deception charge. She was accused of taking more than $1,500 from a Shell-Nouria gas station in Concord between May 1 and Aug. 4, 2022, to pay her rent.

Trevor Partridge, 29, of no fixed address in Franklin, on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on Aug. 27, 2022, in Franklin.
