Penacook Man, With Priors, Arrested On Another Indecent Exposure Charge: Concord Cop Log

CONCORD, NH — Nicole Lynn Robinson, 39, of Concord was arrested at 3:45 a.m. on Sept. 7, 2023, on three stalking and three breach of bail charges. She was arrested after an incident on Eastman Street.

Michelle Lynn Milbury, 35, of Manchester was arrested at 12:30 a.m. on Sept. 6 on a warrant after an incident at the Holiday Inn at 172 N. Main St. She failed to appear at the arraignment of a felony drug possession charge out of Manchester from June 2022. Milbury is due back in Hillsborough County Superior Court North for a dispositional conference hearing on Nov. 14.

William Slocum, 37, of Concord was arrested on a bench warrant at 9:23 a.m. on Sept. 4 after an incident at Market Basket at 80 Storrs St.

Colby Matthew Mudgett, 21, of Concord was arrested on two warrants at 10 a.m. on Sept. 2 after an incident at the Concord Mart at 242 N. Main St.

Christine May Thompson, 45, of Concord was arrested at 11:16 p.m. on Aug. 29 on a bench warrant. She was arrested after an incident on Langdon Avenue.

Joshua R. Burney, 44, of Concord was arrested at 11:46 a.m. on Aug. 29 on an indecent exposure-sex act,child, under 16 charge. He was arrested after an incident on Village Street.

Rodney J. Moody, 53, of Concord was arrested at 10:40 a.m. on Aug. 22 on a felony count of sex offender registration; knowing failure to comply and a felony count of sex offender registration; knowing failure to comply-subsequent. He was arrested at police headquarters and is due in Merrimack County Superior Court for arraignment on Sept. 14.

Kevin David Azevedo, 29, of Campton received a summons at 10:45 p.m. on Aug. 20 on a driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charge after an incident on Water Street.

Shayna Kinney, 40, of Concord was arrested at 10:30 a.m. on Aug. 19 on two warrants as well as a resisting arrest or detention charge after an incident at the McDonald’s Restaurant at 117 Loudon Road. She failed to appear at a dispositional conference hearing in Merrimack County Superior Court on possession-sale of narcotic drug and acts prohibited charges from mid-May.

Amber Lynn Gelinas, born 1989, of Concord received a summons on a warrant at 10:48 p.m. on Aug. 12 after an incident at Salisbury Green on Loudon Road.

Ryan William Bailey, born 2003, of Concord was arrested at 3:40 a.m. on Aug. 12 on a drug-underage alcohol party charge as well as possession-use of tobacco product by a minor and unlawful possession-intoxication violations. Also cited were Tyler Jacob Patenaude, born 2004, of Newport, Joseph Russell Radzevich, born 2003, of Duxbury, MA, and Caden Fenway Budgett, born 2005, of Litchfield, Maine, on unlawful possession-intoxication violations. They were all charged after an incident on State Street.

Nathaniel Burke, born 2001, of Concord was cited on a bench warrant at 9:13 p.m. on Aug. 10 after an incident at Pizza Hut at 148 Loudon Road.
