Concord Man Indicted On Meth, Fentanyl Distribution, Stolen Gun Charges: Court Roundup
Plus: Concord, Chichester, Danbury habitual offenders indicted; Penacook, Manchester residents indicted on drug charges.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Sharon L. Lantz, 47, of Community Drive in Penacook on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, fentanyl and meth, charges, in Concord on Sept. 20, 2022.
Kayla M. Lonergan, 27, of Dover Road in Chichester on two motor vehicles; penalties and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charges, all felonies. One driving charge and the drug charge were connected to an incident in Hooksett on Jan. 1; the second driving charge was connected to an incident on Jan. 14 on Dover Road in Chichester.

Paul E. Loukedes, 52, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving on Abbott Road in Concord on Feb. 11 after being certified as a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
Timothy I. McLaughlin, 40, of Joffre Street in Concord on receiving stolen property, conspiracy to commit sale of meth, three possession of controlled drugs, buprenorphine, meth, and fentanyl, and three possession of fentanyl with intent to distribute, buprenorphine, meth, and fentanyl, charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing a stolen Sig Sauer P365 XL 9 mm in Franklin on Dec. 15, 2022. The conspiracy count was connected to an incident on Nov. 21, 2022, in Concord and involved Jessica Allen arraigning a meth sale deal, according to the indictment. The other possession and distribution charges were connected to an incident in Concord on Dec. 15, 2022.

Devyn M. Merrill, 23, of North Main Street in Concord on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving on Loudon Road in Concord on Jan. 24 after being certified as a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
Kerri A. Methot, 37, of Bartlett Street in Manchester on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge on May 17, 2022, in Canterbury.
Jonathan D. Monica, 32, of Hanover Street in Manchester on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on Sept. 27, 2022, in Bow.
Megan A. Morrison, 27, of Miller Avenue in Portsmouth on a felony count of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl and two misdemeanor deal-possess prescription drugs charges on Sept. 15, 2022, in Hooksett.
Clinton P. Ordway, 42, of Drake Hill Road in Danbury on a felony operating while deemed a habitual offender. He was accused of driving on East Bow Street in Franklin on Feb. 6 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
Craig Oxley, 38, of Candia Road in Manchester on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine charge on May 12, 2021, in Hooksett.
