Manchester Woman Faces Strangulation, Drug, Threat Charges: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Alyssa M. Downing, born 1993, of Concord was arrested on a warrant at 1:51 p.m. on Nov. 22, 2022, at police headquarters.

Autumn Rose Breedlove, 23, of Manchester was arrested at 7:30 a.m. on Nov. 15 on felony second-degree assault-strangulation, felony second-degree assault-strangulation-domestic violence, criminal threatening-deadly weapon, criminal threatening-deadly weapon-domestic violence, domestic violence-criminal threatening, criminal threatening, two simple assault, two deal-possess prescription drugs, and two domestic violence-simple assault charges.

Shannon Marie Utter, 44, a homeless woman now located in Concord, was cited on a criminal trespass charge at the Fort Eddy Plaza on Fort Eddy Road at 8:30 a.m. on Nov. 11.

Karan Dhakal, born 1984, of Concord was arrested at 6:42 p.m. on Nov. 10 on a driving while intoxicated charge after an incident on Loudon Road near Advanced Auto Parts.

Cathleen Ann Dashnaw, born 1970, of Concord was arrested at 8:10 p.m. on Nov. 9 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges. She was arrested after an incident on Washington Street in the North End.

Joshua Hall White, 43, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 10:25 a.m. on Nov. 9 on loitering or prowling and breach of bail charges after an incident on Dwinnell Drive.

Devin Austin, born 1999, of Concord was arrested at 11:56 a.m. on Nov. 8 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after an incident on Penacook Street in Penacook.

Alfred H. Dole, born 1970, of Concord was arrested at 9 p.m. on Nov. 7 on resisting arrest or detention and breach of bail charges. He was arrested after an incident on Pitman Street.

Richard R. Edenfield, 48, of Concord was arrested on a warrant at 10:45 a.m. on Nov. 7 after an incident at the northbound Exit 14 offramp of Interstate 93.

Melissa Dorothy Frazier, 43, of Concord was arrested on a bench warrant at 1:55 p.m. on Oct. 26 after an incident at Lowe’s on Fort Eddy Road.

Jeremiah A. Haywood, born 1996, of Concord was arrested at 1:30 p.m. on Oct. 24 on negligent driving charge after an incident on Fisherville Road.

Michael T. Sink, born 1993, of Concord was arrested at 12:01 p.m. on Oct. 24 on a theft by unauthorized taking, less than $1,000, charge after an incident at Dollar General on Fisherville Road.
