Marshals Are Hunting For Armed And Dangerous Career Criminal
UPDATED: Daryl Gurley is wanted for armed robbery and probation violations for allegedly receiving stolen property and larceny.

CONCORD, NH — The District of New Hampshire - New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force has been requested to assist in the location and arrest of fugitive Daryl G. Gurley Jr. Gurley is 24, about 5 feet, 11 inches tall, and weighs around 200 lbs. He has blue eyes and brown hair.

Gurley is also believed to be armed and dangerous and allegedly is an active drug user, according to an updated alert from the U.S. Marshals Service.

Gurley has tattoos on his right finger and hand as well as his upper arm. He has been known to use the aliases “Daryl Furley” and “Brian Murphy.”
Warrants were issued for his arrest by the Londonderry Police Department and both the Rockingham and Merrimack County Sheriffs for two counts of armed robbery – including an incident last December in Derry – and two counts of probation violations – with underlying offenses of larceny and receiving stolen property.

“Gurley was last known to be living in Derry, where he has ties to family, friends, and associates throughout the area,” according to Deputy Marshal Jeffrey White.
Gurley has also been involved in criminal incidents in Concord, Londonderry, Nashua, and Salem. Some of his previous charges include violation of a protective order; penalty, violation of a civil court order on a theft charge, theft by unauthorized taking, theft by deception, receiving stolen property, criminal liability for the conduct of another, probation violations, burglary, felony possession of controlled drugs, resisting arrest or detention, failure to appear, and numerous warrants.
