Meredith Man, With Prior Drug Charges, Arrested In Concord: Log

Concord man accused of theft, weapon charges in Nashua; man arrested on child endangerment charge; Bennington woman faces assault charges.

CONCORD, NH — John K. Doyle, born 1973, of Concord received a summons at 1:13 p.m. on June 26 on a criminal threatening charge after an incident at the Sewalls Falls Recreation Area on Sewalls Falls Road.

David J. Beshara, 61, of Derry was arrested at 3:28 p.m. on June 24 on a possession of a controlled drug charge after an incident at Concord Hospital on Pleasant Street. He is due in Merrimack County Superior Court for arraignment on July 30. Beshara was previously convicted of controlled drug: acts prohibited in Rockingham County Superior Court in August 2015.

Cole Matthew Campbell, 26, of Concord was arrested at 8:55 p.m. on June 21 on a warrant at Home Depot on D'Amante Drive. Campbell, according to Hillsborough County Superior Court South, was wanted by the Nashua Police Department for felon in possession of a dangerous weapon, self defense weapon-felon/possession, and theft by unauthorized taking, all felonies, as well as a bail order violation. He also has four theft and a bail violation charges out of Hillsborough County Superior Court North as well as more than a dozen other cases in since 2015. Campbell was released on $750 cash bail on July 1.

Meridyth Smith, born 1998, of Bennington was arrested at 1:34 p.m. on June 21 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident at the Gully Hill Shell gas station on Loudon Road.

Larry James Haskins, born 1965, of Concord was arrested at 7:28 p.m. on June 20 on simple assault and endangering the welfare of a child at 7:28 p.m. on June 20 after an incident on Fisherville Road.

Daniel C. Stevens, born 1987, of Concord was arrested at 7:53 a.m. on June 18 on a disorderly conduct charge after an incident in the Concord-Royal Gardens apartment complex area of the city.

Christopher Horrocks, born 1974, of Concord was arrested at 1:27 a.m. on June 18 on simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, obstruct report of a crime or injury, and domestic violence-obstruct report of a crime or injury charges and a public disposal of human waste violation after an incident in the downtown and South End area of the city.

Joshua J. McKinnon, 39, of Derry was arrested at 2:33 p.m. on June 16 on a transport drugs in a motor vehicle and two possession of controlled drug charges after an incident on Pleasant Street. He is due in Merrimack County Superior Court for arraignment on July 16. Previously, according to Rockingham County Superior Court, McKinnon was convicted on theft by unauthorized taking and criminal mischief charges in June 2012 after being arrested on burglary and violation of probation or parole in Windham in April 2011. McKinnon was accused in a double stabbing incident in Hudson in February 2014 but the charges were later dropped.

Peter Ernest Anastos, 23, of Meredith was arrested at 8:30 a.m. on June 14 on a possession of a controlled drug charge after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road. He is due in Merrimack County Superior Court for an arraignment on July 23. Anastos, according to court records, is awaiting trial on acts prohibited charges from Tilton from October 2017 and Wentworth from June 2018, as well as a bail order violation and possession charges from February out of Belmont. He was convicted of acts prohibited in Goffstown from a March 2019 case and had seven charges of possession nolle prossed out of Belknap and Hillsborough North County Superior Courts in January and July 2019.
