Dunbarton Man Indicted On Strangulation, Threat Charges: Court Roundup

Concord man indicted on theft charge; Nashua, Newport felons indicted on weapon charges; Franklin, Manchester residents indicted for drugs.

CONCORD, NH — A Merrimack County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Jason Crawford, 37, of Lake Avenue in Manchester on two forgery, two theft, and two theft deception charges, all felonies. He was accused of uttering and cashing town of Bradford checks for $4,721.90 and $4,813.50 on May 26, 2023, at Bar Harbor Bank in Newbury.

Chad R. Cyr, 41, of Amherst Street in Manchester on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, fentanyl and anabolic steroid testosterone propionate, on April 23, 2022, in Hooksett, and two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, fentanyl and methamphetamine, on Dec. 17, 2023, in Hooksett.

Jon Daigle, 36, of Herbert Street in Concord on three felony theft by deception charges. He was accused of selecting merchandise at Target in Concord, failing to scan them through the self-checkout, scanning a less expensive item instead, and leaving the store on Aug. 11, Aug. 16, and Sept. 7, 2023.

Jason Dale, 47, of Rangeway Road in Dunbarton on second-degree assault, two criminal threatening, and three second-degree assault-domestic violence charges, all felonies. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner in Dunbarton between Oct. 30, 2022, and Oct. 29, 2023, and on Oct. 30, 2023, and accused of swinging an ax at the woman and threatening to strike and using a hammer to strike the driver’s side door of a vehicle her between Oct. 30, 2022, and Oct. 29, 2023.

Tyler Davis, 25, of Mahopac Road of West Hampstead, New York, on conspiracy to commit credit card fraud, accomplice to credit card fraud, and conspiracy to commit theft by deception charges, all felonies. He was accused of working with Vinikay Branford and Elijah Eugene to use cell phones with fraudulently obtained credit card numbers and gift card numbers to obtain merchandise at CVS and Walgreens in Concord on Nov. 15, 2023.

Danielle M. Paradis, 45, of Mason Street in Nashua on a felony felon in possession-a baseball bat wrapped in metal wire, a deadly weapon, in Bow on Dec. 3, 2023.

Zachary I. Parent, 36, of West Street in Concord on theft by unauthorized taking and falsifying physical evidence charges, both felonies. He was accused of removing items from an TD Bank ATM and throwing items out a car window to impair an investigation with Concord police on July 12, 2023.

Angeline M. Pelky, 25, a homeless woman now located in Franklin, on a possession of cocaine, fentanyl, and para-flurorfentanyl mix charge on Sept. 26, 2023, in Franklin.

Charlotte Rankin, 45, of Blood Road in Newport on a felony pistols & revolvers; convicted felons-a four-inch blade knife, on Nov. 25, 2023, in Newbury, after previously being convicted of a felon.

John Reed, 67, of Main Street in New London on a felony issuing bad checks charge. He was accused of issuing and passing a check on the Alden Construction Services LLC at Merrimack County Savings Bank for $32,970.03 to Cyr Lumber knowing it would not be paid on Aug. 3, 2023, in Warner.
