Kristin L. Card, 44, of Manchester Street in Manchester was arrested at 4:34 p.m. on July 12 on felony operating after being certified as a habitual offender and driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charges as well as a bench warrant. An officer on South Main Street saw a Ford Freestar driving without an inspection sticker and a missing front plate. The vehicle was pulled over in the parking lot of CVS on Hall Street. The driver, Card, was asked for her license and registration but told the officer she did not know where her license was, a report said. When asked if it was suspended, she advised she did not know and “threw her hands up,” the officer wrote. After eyeing her ID card and running a check on her, Card was found to have a bench warrant out of Hillsborough District Court from late June on a driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charge and she was a habitual offender, an affidavit said. Card was then arrested. The officer wrote that she lost her driving privileges due to “point system suspension” by New Hampshire State Police and was deemed a habitual offender in early June.

Trever Dillon Hoyt, 28, of Bean Hill Road in Northfield or homeless in Manchester was arrested at 6:18 a.m. on July 4 on habitual offender and theft by unauthorized taking-$1,501-plus charges, both felonies. Also arrested at 11:30 a.m. on July 4 was Joyce E. Davis, 26, of Incline Avenue in Goffstown or homeless in Manchester on a felony theft by unauthorized taking-$1,501-plus charge. At 9 a.m. on April 29, officers were sent to the McDonald’s Restaurant on South Main Street for a report of a stolen vehicle. A man reported he went into the restaurant to use the bathroom and when he came out, his Toyota RAV4 was gone. The owner of the SUV, who was picking up a Door Dash order, told police he left the vehicle running, with the keys in the ignition, and was in the bathroom for five to seven minutes. The SUV owner also told police there was a Smith & Wesson handgun in the vehicle. A witness told police she spoke with a man and a woman who said they were stranded and one who asked to use her phone charger. The woman told the witness they were “sleeping in the bushes” after police seized a U-Haul they were using. The witness said after the woman saw the RAV4 running in the parking lot, she said, “We should take it; it’s running,” or something to the effect, an affidavit said. The report said the pair then went out to the SUV and took off with it. The woman described the suspects — including a lightning bolt tattoo the woman had and that the man had a tattoo on his face, the report said. The SUV was entered into NCIC as stolen. About 12 hours later, Bow police reached out to Concord, informing the officer about the prior arrest of Hoyt and Davis at around 8 p.m. on April 28 in a U-Haul with Arizona plates, reported stolen by Manchester police. In that department's report, a Bow sergeant and officer noted the U-Haul had been seen at the Hampton Inn in Bow “multiple times throughout the week.” Davis, according to the Bow report, owed U-Haul “around $1,000” and was banned from renting vehicles from the company. Police learned from Davis that a friend named “Nicki” offered to rent the U-Haul for them for $100, an affidavit said. Hoyt was accused of telling Bow police they were going to return it on April 30 or May 1. They were both charged with a felony count of receiving stolen property. The officer in Concord matched booking photos with surveillance footage at the restaurant and observed the pair wearing similar clothing and descriptors, the affidavit said. Hoyt, the officer noted, was a habitual offender. Warrants were then issued for both Hoyt and Davis for the SUV case.
