Teen Injured During Turnpike Cash: New Hampshire State Police Roundup

CONCORD, NH — A teen from Nashua was taken to the hospital after a crash on Saturday on the Everett Turnpike.
Around 4:30 p.m., New Hampshire State Police, Merrimack fire and rescue teams, and the NH DOT were sent to the area of Exit 10 for a report of a crash. The driver, Michael Ruiz, 19, of Nashua, was accused of driving a Honda Accord into construction barrels, down an embankment, and into a wooded area, Tyler Dumont, the public information officer for state police, said.
The northbound side of the highway were closed at Exit 10 for about two hours during debris cleanup and vehicle removal.

Ruiz was cited on a reckless driving charge.
“While speed appears to be a factor, all aspects of the crash remain under investigation,” Dumont said.

Thalisson Patricio Arauoj, 36, of Rochester, was arrested at 6:30 p.m. on Dec. 17 on driving after revocation or suspension and operating without a valid license charges as well as an unregistered vehicle violation in Dover.
Mathues Guilherme Brasileiro, 18, of Malden, MA, was arrested at 5:50 p.m. on Dec. 17 in Hampton Falls on an operating without a valid license charge.
Jonathan P. Capen, 24, of Farmington, was arrested on a reckless operation charge at 3:05 p.m. on Dec. 17 in Rochester.
Christina L. Thomas, 45, of Pembroke, was arrested at 11:30 p.m. on Dec. 16 on receiving stolen property-less than $1,000 and criminal trespass charges. Also arrested on the same charges was Jennifer Harriman, 42, of Manchester. They were both charged after an incident in Candia.
Benjamin A. Dexter, 26, of Manchester, was arrested at 3:50 a.m. on Dec. 15, 2024, on felony operating after certified as a habitual offender, driving after revocation or suspension, driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent, motor vehicle not equipped with alcohol interlock device, and operating without a valid license charges as well as uninspected vehicle and driving without giving proof violations in Exeter.
Seth W. Cox, 51, of Merrimack, was arrested at 12:34 a.m. on Dec. 15 in Auburn on a driving under the influence charge as well as yellow-solid line violation, failure to yield for emergency vehicle, and possession of registration required violations.
Nicholas Cabral, 29, of Beverly, Massachusetts, was arrested at 9:40 p.m. on Dec. 14 on aggravated DUI-30-plus mph and DUI charges in North Hampton.
Kristie Rae Cohen, 35, of Dunbarton, was arrested at 1:51 a.m. on Dec. 14 on DUI and conduct after an accident charges as well as open container and lane control violations in Candia.
Jordan R. Bragg, 24, of Loudon, was arrested on a DUI charge in Candia at 1:20 a.m. on Dec. 14.
Michaela Marie Salvadori, 38, of Salem, was arrested at 12:32 a.m. on Dec. 13 on driving after revocation or suspension, speeding: 11 to 15 mph over 65 limit, and motor vehicle not equipped with alcohol interlock device as well as a driver’s license prohibitions violation in Hampton.

Marissa R. Neal, 26, of Manchester, was arrested at 2:19 p.m. on Dec. 17 on a felony falsifying physical evidence charge in Manchester.
Justin R. Hoang, 35, of Manchester, was arrested on a DUI charge in Merrimack at 10:29 p.m. on Dec. 16.
Arianna Lisette Jimenez, 18, of Nashua, was arrested at 3:20 p.m. on Dec. 16 on a conduct after an accident charge in Bedford.
Luis Llandel Torres Nunez, 23, of Manchester, was arrested at 9:17 p.m. on Dec. 15 on negligent driving and reckless operation charges in Londonderry.
Tyler J. Retkevicz, 24, of Nashua, was arrested on a DUI charge at 1 a.m. on Dec. 15 in Bedford.
Bradford L. Anderson, 46, of Berlin, was arrested at 6:31 p.m. on Dec. 13 on a DUI charge as well as a lane control violation in Manchester.
Matthew Gregory Wyman, 31, of Manchester, was arrested at 11:14 a.m. on Dec. 13 on operating with a valid license, speeding: 16 to 20 mph over the 65 limit, and three driving after revocation or suspension charges in Merrimack.
Christopher John Delgiudice, 32, of Manchester, was arrested at 8:28 a.m. on Dec. 13 on driving after revocation or suspension and driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charges in Manchester.

Cameron Thomas Robertson, 23, of Franklin, was arrested at 10:48 p.m. on Dec. 17 on a DUI charge and an open container violation in Concord.
Jose Homero Lliguichusca, 20, of Brockton, MA, was arrested on operating without a valid license and speeding: 16 to 20 mph over 65 limit charges in Contoocook.
Ali Osman Makoma, 24, of Manchester, was arrested at 9:34 p.m. on Dec. 14 on DUI, speeding: 25-plus mph over the 65 limit, operating without a valid license, driving after revocation or suspension, driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent, and two felony operating after certification as a habitual offender charges as well as an open container violation in Bow.
Kyle William Lavallee, 23, of Concord, was arrested at 12:10 a.m. on Dec. 14 on DUI-second offense, DUI, breach of bail, and two driving after revocation or suspension charges in Canterbury.
Jack Richard Ketcham, 27, of Warner, was arrested on a warrant at midnight on Dec. 14 in Concord.
