Manchester Man Indicted On Murder Charges: Superior Court Roundup

Also: Woman indicted on negligent homicide charge; teen indicted on screwdriver threat charge; man faces sex crime charges involving girl.

MANCHESTER, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Rudy De Los Santos Santana, 42, of Chase Avenue in Manchester on four felony second-degree assault charges. He was accused of strangling and punching a woman in the face causing her to lose consciousness on June 15.

Jason Desautels, 50, of Davis Road in Londonderry on an aggravated driving while intoxicated charge. He was accused of drunk driving and crashing a vehicle on March 8 in Manchester, causing serious bodily injury to another.

Benjamin Dexter, 25, of Hospital Avenue in Manchester on two felony indecent exposure and lewdness charges. He was accused of performing sex acts on another, near children, while at a Manchester public pond on July 20. Robert Eastman, 54, of Manchester on two second-degree murder charges and two falsifying physical evidence charges, all felonies. He was accused of stabbing Laurie MacLellan to death and cleaning blood from himself and the crime scene to impede an investigation on June 14 in Manchester. Phineas Fogg, 40, of Long Pond Road in Washington on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of retaining a stolen construction front loader in Hillsboro owned by Outdoor Pride on July 18.

Adam Forty Acosta, 27, of Dubuque Street in Manchester on certain uses of computer services prohibited, indecent exposure and lewdness, felonious sexual assault, and two manufacture child sexual abuse images charges, all felonies. He was accused of having sex with a teenager under 16, sending a photo of his erect penis to a child via an online service, and creating a video of a child engaging in sexual activity between Aug. 1 and Dec. 11, 2022, in Manchester.

Rebekah Foster, 42, of Court Street in Concord on four felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, crack cocaine, gabapentin, fentanyl, and buprenorphine, between Aug. 21 and Aug. 23, 2022, in Manchester.

Angelina Gagne, 19, of Cedar Street in Manchester on a felony domestic violence-criminal threatening with a deadly weapon charge. She was accused of threatening a family member with a screwdriver on June 1 in Manchester.

Brian Gagne, 35, of Dewey Street in Manchester on a felony count of sale of crack cocaine to a confidential information on Sept. 6, 2022, in Manchester and possession of cocaine on June 27 in Manchester.
