Concord Teen Arrested On Animal Cruelty Charge: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Cody R. Merrill, 31, of Concord, was arrested at 1:09 p.m. on Dec. 18 on criminal trespass a charge after an incident or investigation on Loudon Road and a bench warrant after an incident or investigation at Keach Park.

Shawn Mounsey, 40, of Concord, was arrested at 6:30 p.m. on Dec. 17 on a criminal trespass charge and a camping restricted violation. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at Pump Station 5 on Broad Cove Drive.

Ndaho Turi Kivira, 31, of Concord Gardens in Concord, was arrested at 2 p.m. on Dec. 17 on second-degree assault-domestic violence-strangulation and aggravated felonious sexual assault-domestic violence charges. He was arrested at the Merrimack County House of Corrections after an incident at Concord Gardens. Michael Joseph Murphy, born 1951, of Lynn, Massachusetts, was arrested at 9:01 p.m. on Dec. 1 on driving under the influence charge and an unsafe lane change violation after an incident or investigation on South Main Street. Jeanne A. Harris, born 1989, of Concord, was arrested at 11:50 a.m. on Dec. 1 on a disobeying an officer charge after an incident or investigation at Shaw’s Supermarket at 20 D’Amante Drive.

Joel Owen Niles, born 1998, of Cadiz, Kentucky, was arrested at 11:38 p.m. on Nov. 19 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation on North Main Street.

Christopher M. Blodgett, 50, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 7:40 p.m. on Nov. 19 on criminal mischief and two criminal threatening charges after an incident or investigation at Concord Hospital at 250 Pleasant St.

Joshua R. Burney, 46, of Concord, received a summons at 5:59 p.m. on Nov. 19 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident or investigation on Village Street.

Marissa R. Neal, born 1998, of Manchester, was arrested on a bench warrant at 1:35 p.m. on Nov. 19 as well as a resisting arrest or detention charge after an incident or investigation in the North State and Warren streets area of the city.

Eric P. Childs, 59, of Bradford, received a summons at 9:50 a.m. on Nov. 19 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after an incident or investigation at the McDonald’s Restaurant at 90 S. Main St.

Patrick Wiley, born 2006, of Concord, was arrested at 5:05 p.m. on Nov. 18 on a cruelty to animals-purposeful charge after an incident or investigation on Old Suncook Road.

Isaac S. Gladey, born 2001, of Concord, received a summons at 3:01 p.m. on Nov. 18 on a resisting arrest or detention charge after an incident or investigation on West Street.
