Wilmot Man Indicted On More Sexual Assault Charges: Merrimack County Court Roundup
Plus: Concord man indicted on strangulation charge; Allenstown man accused of burglary; Epsom man indicted on conspiracy ID fraud charge.

CONCORD, NH — A Merrimack County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
Dillon Corey, 20, of Mountain Road in Epsom on conspiracy identity fraud and conspiracy falsifying physical evidence charges, both felonies. He agreed with William Blanchard to create a fake Facebook account and send a message to a Boscawen public servant who may have been investigating Rudolph Harris in an effort to deceive that person, according to the indictment.
Daniel Dame, 52, of Parker Mountain Road in Strafford on a felony possession of fentanyl charge in Pittsfield on Jan. 30.

Rickey D. Daugherty, 69, of Corey Place in Manchester on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge in Hooksett on March 17, 2023.
Colin Dowling, 36, of Borough Road in Canterbury on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on Nov. 16, 2023, in Northfield.

Colby Freeman, 22, of New Rye Road in Allenstown on a felony burglary charge. He was accused of burglarizing the Snack Shack at Jamie Welch Park in Boscawen on Oct. 28, 2023.
Richard French, 34, of Eagle Pond Road in Wilmot on second-degree assault and two aggravated felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of raping and strangling a woman in Danbury between Oct. 1 and Dec. 31, 2020. In 2023, French was indicted on four attempted aggravated felonious sexual assault charges.
Jeffrey Gagne, 38, of Dewey Street in Manchester on three felony motor vehicles; penalties charges. He was accused of driving in Hooksett on Aug. 21, Nov. 19, and Nov. 25, 2023, after being certified as a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
Dakota Gagnon-Hawk, 30, of Bog Road in Vassalboro, Maine, on possession of fentanyl and cocaine mix, possession of fentanyl, possession of meth, receiving stolen property, and theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing the drugs as well as a stolen 2006 Hyundai Sonata and exercising control over a GMC Envoy in Hopkinton on Nov. 28, 2023.
Cameron L. Gamble, 25, a homeless person now located in the Laconia area, previously of Nashua, on a felony delivery of articles prohibited-meth charge inside the Merrimack County Jail in Boscawen on Feb. 1.
Jose Garcia, 43, of Rollins Street in Concord on a felony second-degree assault-domestic violence charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner on Feb. 27 in Concord.
