Manchester Man Indicted On Meth, Fentanyl Dealing, Possession Charges: Court Roundup
Concord woman reindicted on knife threat charge against ex; elderly Hooksett habitual offender indicted; Epsom teen accused of mischief.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Donald Boisvert, 53, of Manchester, incarcerated at the Merrimack County Jail at the time of the indictment, on possession of fentanyl with intent to distribute-subsequent, possession of fentanyl-subsequent, possession of crack cocaine-subsequent, possession of methamphetamine-subsequent, and two possession of meth with intent to distribute-subsequent charges, all felonies, on Commerce Drive in Hooksett on March 4. At the time of the arrest, he was out on bail from Merrimack County Superior Court. Boisvert was previously convicted of drug possession in Hillsborough County Superior Court North in July 2016.
Linda S. Bourassa, 67, of Edgewater Drive in Hooksett on a felony operation as a habitual offender charge. She was accused of driving on Bell Avenue in Hooksett on March 10 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV. Bourassa was also previously convicted of habitual offender in March 2007 in Franklin District Court.

Jasmine C. Bourdeau, 44, of Chestnut Street in Pittsfield on a felony possession of fentanyl charge in Bow on Feb. 8.
Autumn Rose Breedlove, 23, of Manchester Street in Concord on a felony criminal threatening charge. She was accused of threatening a man with a knife on Nov. 14, 2022, in Concord. Read more about this incident here: Break Up Leads To Knife Threat, Strangulation Charges In Concord

Jessica L. Briggs, 36, of Franklin on a felony possession of fentanyl charge in Franklin on Feb. 24, 2022.
Michelle P. Bushman-Desmarais, 51, of North Main Street in Franklin on a felony theft by deception charge. She was accused of obtaining $1,100 from a fraudulent check in Franklin between Nov. 20, and Nov. 29, 2022.
Mark T. Carroll, 44, of Lantern Lane in Epsom on possession of meth and falsifying physical evidence charges, both felonies. He was accused of possessing the drug and throwing a smoking pipe to the ground, away from himself and a Concord police officer, on Feb. 10.
Justin R. Cate, 39, of Cleo Circle in Rochester on a felony driving while certified as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Stark Highway South in Dunbarton on Feb. 11 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
Leah Cordero, 40, of Horse Corner Road in Chichester on possession of meth, possession of cocaine, and possession of fentanyl charges, all felonies, in Concord on Dec. 7, 2022.
Dillon R. Corey, 19, of Goboro Road in Epsom on a felony criminal mischief charge. He was accused of striking a Kia, owned by another person, with his fists, causing more than $1,500 worth of damage, in Epsom on Jan. 25.
