Concord Woman Accused Of Stabbing Man In Tilton: Superior Court Roundup

Man indicted on another school threat charge; man indicted on drug dealing, other charges; man indicted on 6 protective order charges.

LACONIA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Belknap County Superior Court.

Kyle Bean, 29, of Pembroke Road in Concord on possession of methamphetamine and possessing of fentanyl charges, both felonies. He was accused of possessing the drugs in Belmont on Dec. 17, 2020. Bean, according to the indictment, was previously convicted in Merrimack County Superior Court on an acts prohibited charge in June 2019.

Kevin Gobeil, 28, of High Street in Suncook on possession of fentanyl and driving after revocation or suspension — a motorcycle on Stage Road in Gilmanton on Nov. 14, 2022.

Guy Hanson, 62, of Chestnut Street in Pittsfield on a felony criminal threatening charge. He was accused of threatening to shoot a school in Barnstead on May 27, 2022. Read more about this case here: Staties In NH Snag 'School Shooter' Signs Suspect On Interstate 89

Tyler Hoyt, 28, of Royal Gardens in Concord on possession of meth-sale, etc., possession of fentanyl-sale, etc., and possession of LSD-subsequent charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing meth and fentanyl with intent to distribute in Belmont on Sept. 28, 2022. The LSD charge was also from Belmont on Sept. 28, 2022. Previously, according to the indictment, Hoyt was convicted on an acts prohibited charge in Merrimack County Superior Court in August. 2018. Edward Raymond, 54, of Ricker Road in Loudon on a felony second degree assault-domestic violence charge. He was accused of pushing a woman into the pavement and causing her wrist to break in Belmont on Oct. 14, 2022.

Timiah Wilkins, 25, of Pillsbury Street in Concord on first-degree assault-domestic violence-deadly weapon, domestic violence-criminal threatening-fear of bodily injury, and domestic violence-criminal threatening-deadly weapon charges, all felonies. She was accused of an intimate partner in the groin and-or knee one or more times with a framing hammer, holding the hammer above her head, and saying, “I’m going to kill you before you kill me,” or words to the effect while holding the hammer on Nov. 18, 2022, in Tilton.

Colin C. Dowling, 35, of Borough Road in Canterbury on second-degree assault-domestic violence-strangulation and burglary charges, both felonies. He was accused of breaking into an apartment on Main Street in Tilton and strangling a former intimate partner on Dec. 8, 2022.

The following people were indicted recently in Coos County Superior Court.

Brandon P. Loux, 47, of Rumford Street in Concord on six counts of violation of a protective order-subsequent charges, all felonies. He was accused of violating a protective order from March 2022 by sending sent text message to a protected party on June 3, 2022; sending Facebook messengers to a protected party and entering a premises on June 4, 2022; entering a premises on June 6, 2022; sent more than 40 text messages on July 6, 2022; and making multiple phone calls to the protected party while driving back and forth past her home while honking a horn on Dec. 12, 2022.
