Wilmot Man Indicted On 4 Attempted Sexual Assault Charges: County Superior Court Roundup

Epsom felon indicted on threat charges; homeless man in Concord accused of pointing gun at another; VT man indicted for meth distribution.

CONCORD, NH — A Merrimack County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

John J. Field, 59, of Lockes Hill Road in Epsom on pistols & revolvers; convicted felons, criminal threatening, and reckless conduct charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing a knife and lunging at another person in Pittsfield on June 17.

Jesse A. Fish, 43, of Pine Point Road in Scarborough, Maine, on three felony reckless conduct charges. He was accused of jumping from the passenger seat to the driver’s seat and grabbing the steering wheel of a tow truck in Bow, turning it toward an approaching tractor-trailer truck, and placing others in danger on July 26.

Richard French, 34, of Eagle Pond Road in Wilmot on four attempted aggravated felonious sexual assault-domestic violence charges. He was accused of repeatedly fondling and digitally assaulting an intimate partner between April 10 and April 11 in Wilmot.

George C. Gilleney, 41, of Garland Road in Barnstead on a felony pistols & revolvers; convicted felons charge, metallic knuckles, on July 1 in Allenstown. He is a felon due to a theft conviction in Rockingham County Superior Court in February 2001.

Eric Gipe, 39, of Route 3 in Castleton, Vermont, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge. He was accused of possessing more than a half ounce of the drug with intent to distribute on May 31 in Hooksett.

James P. Graham, 58, of Barberry Street in Hooksett on a felony falsifying physical evidence charge. He was accused of attempting to remove and destroy an inspection sticker to impair an investigation in Hooksett on July 15.

Mark Green, 62, of Sunrise Lane in Allenstown on a felony crime while released on bail-possession of a controlled drug-subsequent. He was accused of possessing fentanyl on April 16 in Concord after previously being convicted on a drug charge.
