Pembroke Man Indicted On Concord Burger King Gun Threat Charge: Merrimack County Roundup
Canterbury, Derry, Meredith men indicted on rape charges; Hopkinton man indicted on indecent exposure charge; man faces drug sale charges.

CONCORD, NH — A Merrimack County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
Lucas A. Salazar-Amezquita, 31, of Borough Road in Canterbury on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-MDMA charge on Jan. 14 in Concord.
Nicholas Saykaly, 40, of Reed Street in Manchester on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving on Route 103 in Newbury on Nov. 17, 2023, after being certified as a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Timothy J. Sherwood, 44, of South Road in Hopkinton on a felony indecent exposure and lewdness charge. He was accused of exposing himself to a child for sexual arousal or gratification in Hopkinton on Aug. 21, 2023.
Paul J. Slovik, 38, of Howard Avenue in Northfield on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, MDMA and methamphetamine, on Dec. 9, 2023, in Hooksett.

William Smith, 29, of Asby Road in Concord on possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl with intent to distribute-subsequent, two sale of a narcotic drug-subsequent-fentanyl, and four sale of a controlled drug-subsequent-methamphetamine charges, all felonies. He sold meth on Loudon Road in Concord on July 24, July 25, and Aug. 10, 2023, and meth and fentanyl on Dover Road in Chichester on Dec. 27, 2023, according to the indictment. Smith previously was convicted on a controlled drug possession charge in Merrimack County Superior Court in February 2022.
Justin M. Stone, 26, with a last known address of Pleasant Street in Franklin, on sale of a narcotic drug-heroin and fentanyl mix and sale of a substance represented to be a narcotic drug-fentanyl to an undercover police officer in the area of Pleasant Street in Franklin on April 7, 2023.
Allen W. Taylor, 27, of Broadway in Pembroke on a criminal threatening-deadly weapon charge. He was accused of pointing a gun at another person on Dec. 6, 2023, in Concord and saying, “Do you want a piece of this?” or words to that effect. Naxin Wu, 25, of New York, New York, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on conspiracy to commit credit card fraud, accomplice to credit card fraud, and conspiracy to commit theft by deception charges, all felonies. She was accused of working with Mingdong Chen and-or others to engage in theft by fraudulently obtaining credit or gift card information to be seen as a legitimate form of payment to purchase iPads and iPhones at Walmart between Oct. 1 and Dec. 28, 2023, in Concord. Paul Yeager, 22, of Kendall Pond Road in Derry on a felony felonious sexual assault charge. He was accused of raping a child between July 1 and July 31, 2023, in Hooksett.
Matthew Blier, 38, of Red Oak Way in Canterbury was indicted in Belknap County Superior Court on two felony counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault-domestic violence charges. He was accused of raping an intimate partner on Sept. 28, 2019, in Alton.
Edward Willingham, 36, of Meredith Center Road in Meredith was indicted in Belknap County Superior Court on criminal restraint, second-degree assault-domestic violence-strangulation, and two aggravated felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of raping a boy and putting his fingers in his mouth to choke him between April 1 and July 31, 2022, in Meredith.
Richard F. Kuchinsky, 54, unknown address in Concord, was indicted in Belknap County Superior Court on a theft by unauthorized taking charge, a felony due to two prior convictions. He was accused of stealing a Centerpoint Patriot Crossbow from Walmart in Tilton on Dec. 15, 2023. Previously, Kuchinsky was convicted on theft charges in Rockingham County Superior Court in August 2021 and Merrimack County Superior Court in September 2021.
Clifton Joyner, 35, incarcerated in Concord at the time of the indictment, was indicted in Belknap County Superior Court on a felony controlled drug-fentanyl-subsequent charge between June 25 and July 1, 2023, in Tilton. He was accused of selling the drug to a cooperating person working with the New Hampshire Attorney General’s Drug Task Force. Joyner was previously convicted on drug sales in Belknap County Superior Court in March 2019.
Colin C. Dowling, 36, of Borough Road in Canterbury on a felony delivery of articles prohibited charge. He was accused of possessing 5F-ADB in the Belknap County Jail in Laconia on March 23, 2023.
