Pembroke Man Faces Theft, Computer Charges: Concord Cop Log

CONCORD, NH — Theresa H. Kenyon, born 1964, of Concord was arrested at 5:10 p.m. on Sept. 28, 2021, on criminal mischief, breach of bail, resisting arrest or detention, and two criminal trespass charges. She was arrested after an incident at The Friendly Kitchen on South Commercial Street.

Derek L. Foss, 41, of Pembroke was arrested at 10:12 a.m. on Sept. 27 on felony theft by unauthorized taking-$1,501+, computer offense-unauthorized access-$1,500 of subsequent, and violation of a protective order charges. He was arrested after an incident at Granite State Credit Union on Sheep Davis Road.

Daniel Scott King, born 1989, of Northwood received a summons at 11 a.m. on Sept. 25 on a bench warrant after an incident on Canton Circle.

Amanda Lynn Gingras, born 1988, of Manchester was cited at 3:56 p.m. on Sept. 24 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge. She was charged at police headquarters.

Mairin J. MacDonald, 41, of Concord was arrested at 4:44 p.m. on Sept. 23 on a felony possession of a controlled drug charge after an incident on Alice Drive. She is due in superior court on Oct. 14 for arraignment.

Thomas M. Pillsbury, 31, of Concord was arrested at 12:27 a.m. on Sept. 22 on a warrant after an incident on Rex Drive.

Andrew Clement, 32, of Allenstown was arrested at 12:02 p.m. on Sept. 21 on a felony habitual offender charge after an incident on Manchester Street.

Baby Fiston, born 2002, of Concord was arrested at 3:19 a.m. on Sept. 21 on a warrant after an incident on Jennings Drive.

Mark E. Kibbee, born 1973, of Concord received a summons at 9 a.m. on Sept. 20 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident at the former Concord Drive-In site off Black Hill Road.

Matthew Allen Gourlay, 39, of Concord was arrested at 10 a.m. on Sept. 19 on four warrants and two bench warrants. He was arrested after an incident at Speedway on Hall Street. Gourlay failed to appear at a dispositional conference on DUI, habitual offender, and breach of bail charges in superior court on July 2. He is due back in court for a plea on Nov. 1.

Ed G. Chase, born 1988, of Berlin was arrested at 10:32 p.m. on Sept. 18 on a warrant as well as driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent and suspension of vehicle registration charges after an incident at 321 Loudon Road.

Larz Raymond Menard, born 1999, of Concord was arrested at 9:15 a.m. on Sept. 18 on a warrant and a bench warrant after an incident on Hall Street.

Stephanie Ann Mbuh, born 1990, of Concord was arrested at 2:55 a.m. on Sept. 17 on a driving under the influence charge after an incident on Loudon Road.
