Perp With Plenty Of Priors Popped On Prowling Charge In A Parking Lot: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Ryan M. Collerette, born in 1992, of Concord, was arrested at 7 p.m. on April 20, 2025, on two simple assault and two domestic violence-simple assault charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on Loudon Road.

Eric Stephen Forsing, born in 1960, of Concord, was arrested at 12:24 a.m. on April 19 on a driving while intoxicated charge and a following too closely violation after an incident or investigation at 117 Loudon Road.

Amber Gelinas, born in 1989, of Concord, was arrested at 5:39 p.m. on April 18 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges. She was arrested after an incident or investigation at the Salisbury Green apartment complex on Loudon Road.

Heather Marie Pacetti, born in 1983, of Concord, was arrested at 9:52 p.m. on April 17 on a bench warrant. She was arrested after an incident or investigation at Burger King at 155 Loudon Road.

Jason Derek Woody, 42, of Concord, received a summons at 8:45 p.m. on April 16 on a loitering or prowling charge after an incident or investigation at the Storrs Street Garage at 75 Storrs St.

Reggie A. Labreche, born in 1975, of Pembroke or Manchester, received a summons at 10:02 p.m. on April 15 on three theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 and three willful concealment charges. He was charged after incidents or investigations at the Mobil gas station at 1 Whitney Road in Penacook.

Jordan Mary Asselin, born in 1994, of Bow, was arrested at 5:31 p.m. on April 14 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge and a suspension or vehicle registration violation after an incident or investigation on Storrs Street.

Joseph G. Barlow, 59, of Manchester, was arrested at 7:37 a.m. on April 10 on a sex offender registration; knowing failure to comply charge. He was arrested at police headquarters. Barlow is a sex offender due to an aggravated felonious sexual assault conviction out of Leominster MA District Court in March 2016 and a felonious sexual assault-victim under 16 charge out of Leominster MA District Court in March 1986, according to the state of New Hampshire.

Mikayla C. Georgoulakos, born in 2000, of Concord, was arrested at 2:15 p.m. on April 9 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation along the railroad tracks near Stickney Avenue.

Sancha Darjee, born in 2000, of Concord, received a summons at 9:59 p.m. on April 8 on an operating without a valid license charge after an incident or investigation in the Sewalls Falls Recreation Area.
