Massachusetts Stalker Indicted On 6 Nashua Stalking Charges: Superior Court Roundup
Plus: Hudson man indicted on strangulation charge; sex offender charged with duty to report again; Franklin man faces gun threat charges.

NASHUA, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
Justin Bond, 43, of Martin Lane in Litchfield, on a felony duty to report charge. He was accused of failing to register with Litchfield police on June 24, 2023. Bond was previously convicted of duty to report in July 2019 in Hillsborough County Superior Court South. He’s a sex offender due to a felonious sexual assault conviction in Maryland in 2010 against a teenager.
Wayne Campbell, 60, of no fixed address in Nashua, on felony possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl charge. He was accused of possessing a plastic baggie of fentanyl on March 1 in Nashua.

Desiree Charter, 38, of no fixed address in Nashua, on a felony burglary charge. She was accused of burglarizing an apartment on Amherst Street in Nashua on July 14. Read more about this case here: Homeless Felon, With Long Criminal History, Faces Nashua Burglary, Stalking, Drug Charges
Kevin Coutu, 34, of Pond View Drive in Nashua, on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner on July 5 in Hudson.

Elvin Cruz, 33, of Massmills Drive in Lowell, Massachusetts, on reckless conduct, tampering with witnesses and informants, and two second-degree assault charges, all felonies. On Jan. 12, he drove recklessly and caused bodily injury to a woman in Nashua, strangled or blocked a woman from breathing on Jan. 20 and Feb. 2, and requested the victim tell police to “go away” on Jan. 20 when they tried to investigate a domestic assault case, according to the indictments.
Christian Lachapelle, 30, of Prospect Street in Franklin, on reckless conduct-domestic violence and two domestic violence charges, all felonies. He was accused of running at a woman and children while holding a firearm and indicating he was going to kill her on April 5 and April 24 in Nashua.
Kevin Lafond, 35, of Quincy Street in Nashua, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on April 25 in Nashua.
Justin Lefebvre, 42, of Steven Way in Litchfield, on forgery and two controlled drug act; acts prohibited, fentanyl and methamphetamine, charges. The forgery charge involved a counterfeit $100 at Walgreens in Hudson on May 1, according to an indictment. The drug charges were from April 9 in Hudson.
Pedro Teran, 38, of Fleming Street in Lowell, MA, on a felony criminal liability to criminal mischief charge. He was aided by Ashley Liljeblad in causing damage at the Sheraton Hotel by damaging electrical components and cutting drywall, costing more than $1,500 in repairs between March 12 and April 2, 2023, in Nashua, according to an indictment.
Gianna Torres, 27, of Stuart Avenue in Dracut, MA, on tampering with witnesses and informants and six stalking-domestic violence charges. She was accused of violating a domestic violence stalking order in Nashua by texting a protective party on May 4, May 5, May 6, May 8, May 11, and May 14 while out on bail from Hillsborough County Superior Court South in August 2023. Torres was also accused of requesting a man withhold information, deleting everything, and not meeting with the prosecutor on May 11. She was previously convicted of stalking-domestic violence in Nashua District Court in July 2016.
Stephane Webster, 52, of Quincy Street in Nashua, on theft by unauthorized taking and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charges, both felonies. Webster was accused of stealing merchandise from Macy’s in Nashua on Feb. 9 and possessing the drugs on April 29 in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, Webster was convicted of drug possession in Rockingham County Superior Court in October 2017 and theft in Strafford County Superior Court in July 2018 and October 2013.
Jaamialle Shekur Williams, 30, of no fixed address in Nashua, on possession of crack cocaine with intent to distribute and receiving stolen property charges, both felonies. He was accused of possessing the drug and a stolen 2005 Chevy Equinox in Nashua on Feb. 5.
