Nashua Man Indicted In Vending Machine Vandalism, Arson Case: Superior Court Roundup

NASHUA, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Kevin Lafond, 36, of no fixed address in Nashua, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on May 6, 2024, in Nashua.

Justin Lefebvre, 42, of Steven Way in Litchfield, on three controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, fentanyl and methamphetamine, all felonies, and July 9, 2024, in Hudson.

Jeremy Lurie, 31, of Ridge Street in Nashua, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing a mattress and bedframe from Walmart on June 9, 2024, in Hudson. Twice before, according to the indictment, he has been convicted on theft by deception charges in December 2019 and October 2022 in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

Jodi Malisos, 49, of Kimball Hill Road in Hudson, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine charge on May 30, 2024, in Hudson.

Umar Mansaray, 34, of Wicker Place in Gaithersburg, Maryland, on criminal restraint, four first-degree assault, and four second-degree assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of assaulting a woman, causing a fractured nose, fractured ribs, and other injuries, as well as restraining her, on Aug. 31, 2024, in Nashua. Brandon Marsocci, 33, of Main Street in Nashua, on arson and criminal mischief charges, both felonies. He acted in concert with Joseph Hall and-or Daniel Pacetti to damage a vending machine, attempting to break into it, and then, setting it on fire, according to the indictments, on Nov. 17, 2024, in Nashua.

Adam Masseur, 36, of Brinton Drive in Nashua, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge on Oct. 9, 2024, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a controlled drug charge in Merrimack District Court in October 2010.

Rodney Maulding, 38, of no fixed address in Nashua, on theft by unauthorized taking and two controlled drug act; acts prohibited, crack cocaine and fentanyl, all felonies. He was accused of possessing the drugs on May 30, 2024, in Nashua. The theft charge reportedly involved stolen merchandise from Target on Aug. 11, 2024, in Nashua, according to the indictment. Twice before, the indictment said, he was convicted on theft charges in February 2020 in Nashua District Court and April 2022 in Hillsborough County Superior Court South. Maulding was previously convicted on a controlled drug charge in March 2018 in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.
