Nashua Man Indicted On Robbery Charge: Superior Court Roundup

Hudson man indicted on child sexual abuse image charges; Mass. woman indicted on ID fraud charge; Milford woman indicted on forgery charges.

NASHUA, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Briana Gammon, 36, of Berry River Road in Barrington, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing headphones from Target in Nashua on Dec. 23, 2023, after being convicted of theft twice before in Rochester District Court and Strafford County Superior Court in November 2022.

Evelyn Green, 40, of Floyd Street in Dorchester, Massachusetts, on an identity fraud charge. She was accused of obtaining personal information in Hollis with the intent to pose as them on April 21, 2023.

Paul Gutierrez, 36, of Manchester Street in Nashua, on a felony robbery charge. He was accused of using physical force against another person — causing a closed fracture of the left orbital, during the commission of a theft in Nashua on Oct. 29, 2023.

Nicole Hebert, 33, of Wilson Street in Manchester, on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, cocaine and fentanyl, on April 27 in Nashua. Previously, she was convicted of possession of a controlled drug in Merrimack County Superior Court in May 2023.

Jason Herion, 46, of Temple Street in Nashua, on a felony falsifying physical evidence charge. He was accused of swallowing a plastic baggie containing what he believed to be cocaine to impair an investigation in Nashua on April 24.

Jeanne Howey, 56, of Penn Avenue in West Reading, Pennsylvania, on theft by deception and identity fraud charges, both felonies. She was accused of posing as another and using the other person’s information to obtain more than $1,501 from the TD Bank accounts of the other woman on Dec. 15, 2023, in Nashua.

Benjamin J. Norton, 48, of Robinson Road in Hudson, on eight felony possession of child sexual abuse images charges. He was accused of possessing pictures of naked children on Feb. 16 in Hudson.

Tammy O’Brien, 51, of Arthurs Lane in Nashua, on theft by unauthorized taking at Hannaford in Hudson and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-oxycodone charges, both felonies, on April 9. She was previously convicted of theft in Nashua District Court in December 2017 and December 2019.

Jerrid O’Dougherty, 31, of no fixed address in Nashua, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl and para-fluorofentanyl mix charge on May 3 in Nashua.

Carissa Ortiz, 35, of Granite Street in Milford, on two felony forgery charges. She was accused of drawing two checks for $943.78 on account of the Sisters of Charity Foundation on April 23 in Milford.

Daniel James Pacetti, 29, of no fixed address of Nashua, on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine charges on Nov. 1, 2023, and March 5 in Nashua.

Corey A. Richard, 34, of Garden Street in Fitchburg, MA, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing more than $1,500 from Bay State Militaria on Aug. 27, 2020, in New Ipswich.
