Concord Drug Distributors Indicted On New Charges: Merrimack Superior Court Roundup

Plus: Chichester felon indicted for possessing AR-style rifle; Pembroke stalker faces 4 new charges; Hooksett theft indictment.

CONCORD, NH — A Merrimack County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Patrick D. Haney, 31, of Woodbury Lane in Boscawen on four felony stalking charges. He was accused of calling a woman with a protective order four times on March 30 in Pembroke after being convicted of stalking during the previous seven years.

Matthew Hansen, 37, with a last known address of Village Street in Penacook, on possession of a narcotic drug-cocaine with intent-subsequent, possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine with intent-subsequent, possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl with intent-subsequent, possession of a narcotic drug-oxycodone-subsequent, possession of a narcotic drug-cocaine-subsequent, and two possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl-subsequent charges, all felonies. He was accused of hiding large quantities of drugs in a closet on Village Street on March 22. Hansen was previously convicted of accomplice to dispensing of a substance represented to be a controlled drug in Rockingham County in November 2004. Kevin Harrington, 45, with a last known address of Fisherville Road in Concord, on possession of a narcotic drug-cocaine-subsequent, possession of a controlled drug-meth with intent, and possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl charges, all felonies, on June 23 on Ormond Street in Concord. At the time, he was out on bail from Merrimack County Superior Court on June 15 after being charged with narcotics possession.

Amanda Hartford, 32, of Wentworth Street in Manchester on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing items from Kohls in Hooksett on Aug. 6 after twice before being convicted on theft charges.

Christopher L. Hawkins, 39, of Ivy Lane in Franklin on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving on Pleasant Street in Concord on Feb. 10 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Nicole C. Hebert, 32, a homeless woman now located in Concord, on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, fentanyl and cocaine, on Feb. 8 in Hooksett. Previously, she has been convicted of a prior offense.

Tracy M. Hebert, 47, of Perimeter Road in Concord on possession of narcotic drug-fentanyl and possession of a controlled drug-meth charges, both felonies, on June 14 in Concord. She was previously convicted on a drug charge in Merrimack County Superior Court in June 2017.

Matthew Hillsgrove, 49, of Dover Road in Chichester on a felony felon in possession charge. He was accused of possessing an AR-style rifle at the Royal Gardens apartment complex in Concord on April 14. Previously, he was convicted on a possession of a controlled drug charge in Rockingham County in March 2015. Skye Hodge, 32, of Canton Circle in Concord on possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl and possession of a controlled drug-meth charges, both felonies, on Hall Street in Concord.

Noble Hunt, 34, of Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, possession of a narcotic drug-cocaine with intent to distribute-subsequent, possession of a controlled drug-meth with intent to distribute-subsequent, and two possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl with intent to distribute-subsequent charges, all felonies, on March 22 in Concord. Previously, Hunt was convicted on a drug distribution charge in Hillsborough County Superior Court North in August 2012.
