Newton Woman Indicted On Negligent Homicide Charge After Route 125 Crash: Court Roundup

Plus: Greenland man indicted on Portsmouth DWI crash charges; Raymond, Sandown felons indicted on weapon charges; drug indictments.

BRENTWOOD, NH — A Rockingham County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Kelsey E. Davidson, 35, of Heath Street in Newton on a felony negligent homicide count as well as a vehicular assault charge. She was accused of driving on the shoulder of Route 125 at speeds of 50 to 60 mph and striking another vehicle, which led it to be pushed into coming traffic, causing a woman’s death on April 24, 2023, in Brentwood.

Christopher DiPietro, 30, of Maple Avenue in Atkinson on criminal threatening-deadly weapon and reckless conduct-deadly weapon charges, both felonies. He was accused of holding a knife, making slashing motions, and threatening Atkinson and Plaistow police officers in Atkinson on Sept. 3, 2023.

Jeremy Christopher Destefano, 22, of Breakfast Hill Road in Greenland on aggravated driving while intoxicated, second-degree assault, and conduct after accident charges, all felonies. He was accused of driving a motor vehicle while intoxicated, crashing it, and causing injuries on July 22, 2023, in Portsmouth.

Jerry William Dow Jr., 33, of Community Drive in Penacook on two felony theft by unauthorized taking charges. He was accused of stealing liquor from the New Hampshire Liquor and Wine Outlet between May 20 and May 21, 2023, in Seabrook. Twice before, he has been convicted on theft charges.

George Anthony Doyle Jr., 33, of Main Street in Sandown on two felony felon in possession of a deadly weapon charges. He was accused of possessing Colt Rail and Smith & Wesson M&P semi- automatic pistols on May 22, 2023, in Greenland. Doyle is a felon due to an assault and battery with a dangerous weapon charge in November 2012 in East Brookfield MA District Court.

Alan K. Dustin, 65, of Allen Street in Sandown on a felony insurance fraud charge. He was accused of defrauding Prudential by submitting a living children statement retaining a claim on Feb. 27, 2022, in Sandown.

Anthony S. Early, 34, of Newton Road in Plaistow on a felony domestic violence-second-degree assault-strangulation charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner on June 14, 203, in Plaistow.

Richard Robert Fortier Jr., 35, of Downing Street in Concord on felony possession of cocaine, possession of ketamine, and possession of dimethyltryptamine charges on March 27, 2023, in Deerfield.

James A. Getchell, 34, of Kirkbridge Drive in Danvers, Massachusetts, on driving while being certified as a habitual offender and four possession of methamphetamine charges, all felonies. He was accused of driving on Calef Highway in Epping on Dec. 28, 2022, while three of the drug charges were from Sept. 8, 2022, in Raymond.

Shawn T. Gilley, 39, of Rona Avenue in Raymond on a felony felon in possession of a dangerous weapon-a knife charge on Aug. 25, 2023, in Raymond. He was convicted on a reckless conduct-deadly weapon charge in March 2022 in Rockingham County Superior Court.

Paul Joseph Golaski, 62, of Prescott Road in Raymond on three nonconsensual dissemination of private sexual images charges. He was accused of disseminating naked pictures of a woman with the intent of harassing or threatening on July 19, 2023, in Raymond.
