Franklin Woman Indicted on Meth, Fentanyl Distribution Charges: Superior Court Roundup
Plus: Concord, Epsom habitual offenders indicted; Plymouth man indicted on sexual assault charge; stolen motorcycle, U-Haul van cases.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Ariana Espinola, 32, of C Street in Epsom on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. She was accused of driving on East Side Drive in Concord on March 11 after being deemed a habitual offender by the state.
Jermayne J. Eubanks, 42, of Hurlbut Road in Tolland, Connecticut, on a felony criminal mischief charge. He was accused of driving a truck into an electronic gate and guardrail on March 7 in Hopkinton. Read more about this case here: Truckers Arrested After Driving Incidents In New Hampshire: NHSP

Daniel Fogg, 33, incarcerated in the New Hampshire State Prison for Men at the time of the indictment, on a felony possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine with intent to sell or dispense-subsequent offense charge — 5 ounces in Hooksett on Aug. 24, 2022. He was previously convicted in Cheshire County in August 2016 and November 2016.
Felisha M. Folsom, 34, of Pleasant Street in Franklin on possession of MDMA, possession of meth with intent to distribute, possession of fentanyl with intent to distribute, possession of cocaine, and possession of meth charges, all felonies, on Nov. 21, 2022, in Franklin.

Richard R. Fortier Jr., 34, of Downing Street in Concord on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of possessing a 2005 Yamaha dirt bike that he knew or believed had been stolen in Loudon on March 18. According to the indictment, he has been convicted twice before on theft charges.
Jason R. Fournier, 32, of Ben Berry Road in Moultonborough on a felony unauthorized use of a propelled vehicle or rented property. He was accused of failing to return a 2022 GMC Van, belonging to U-Haul in Franklin, on March 8.
Daniel Frazier, 27, of Manchester Street in Concord on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving on Old Suncook Road in Concord on March 24 after being deemed a habitual offender.
Dan Gadwah, 37, of Pleasant Street in Concord on two felony penalty; registration of criminal offenders charges. He was accused of failing to register with Concord police on Jan. 13 that he had a Facebook and on Jan. 20 that he had a Grindr account. Other Indictments
In Grafton County Superior Court:
Xavier Brown, 27, of Exterior Street in the Bronx, New York, on attempted theft by deception and identity fraud charges, both felonies. He was accused of posing as another person in Plymouth in an attempt to obtain an iPhone 14 Pro Max from Verizon on March 11.
Ricky A. Kidder, 62, of Old North Main Street in Plymouth on a felony aggravated felonious sexual assault charge. He was accused of fondling a child in Haverhill between January 2011 and January 2014.
In Belknap County Superior Court
Ryan Sullivan, 27, a homeless man now located in Concord, on possession of fentanyl and possession of clonazepam-subsequent charges, both felonies, in Laconia. He was convicted on a drug possession charge in August 2016 in Merrimack County Superior Court.
In Cheshire County Superior Court
Ryan A. Monica, 33, of Pembroke Street in Pembroke on a felony forgery charge. He was accused of uttering what purported to be a check belonging to St. Joseph Regional School in Keene on Feb. 24 made payable to him when no such check had been issued.
