Homeless Concord Felon Indicted On Burglary, Drug Charges: Superior Court Roundup

Northfield man indicted on rape charges; Manchester man indicted on Allenstown deadly weapon charge; Franklin, Hooksett drug indictments.

CONCORD, NH — A Merrimack County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Michelle Brien, 46, of Laurel Street in Concord, on motor vehicles; penalties and two controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, methamphetamine and fentanyl, all felonies. She was accused of possessing the drugs and driving on Hall Street in Concord on Oct. 4, 2024.

Gerald Buckley, 73, of Elm Street in Northfield, on four aggravated felonious sexual assault charges. He was accused of threatening and raping a woman between April 15 and May 20, 2024, in Northfield.

Jill Callaway, 45, of Conant Street in Manchester, on a felony possession of xylazine charge in Hooksett on Sept. 1, 2024.

Patrick C. Campbell, 21, of Beech Street in Manchester, on a felony reckless conduct-deadly weapon charge. He was accused of driving a motorcycle dangerously at a high rate of speed while fleeing police on May 15, 2024, in Allenstown.

Andrew S. Caron, 49, of Winant Road in Pittsfield, on a felony second-degree assault-domestic violence charge. He was accused of strangling a household member on Nov. 10, 2024.

Timothy Casey, 22, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Aug. 16, 2024, in Concord.

Jason M. Roy, 39, of Lawrence Street in Andover, on theft by deception and theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies. He was accused of taking a couple’s money for tickets, more than $1,500, and not providing them between Jan. 15, 2023, and April 30, 2024, in Hill.

Matthew E. Schriver, 51, of Monadnock Highway in East Swanzey, on second-degree assault, aggravated driving while intoxicated, and operating after suspension charges, all felonies. He drove a 2016 Jeep SUV on Route 202-9 in Henniker while drunk, crossed over the opposite lane of travel, and crashed into a 2022 Ford truck, causing an injury on Nov. 10, 2024, according to the indictments. The other driver sustained a fractured sternum during the crash.

Andrew D. Senecal, 40, of West Meadow Road in Pittsfield, on a felony second-degree assault-domestic violence charge. He was accused of pressing his thumbs into the neck and throat of an intimate partner in Pittsfield on Nov. 24, 2024.

Darcy Shambaugh, 59, of Rudolph Lane in Franklin, on operating while deemed a habitual offender, possession of fentanyl, and possession of methamphetamine charges, all felonies. She was accused of possessing the drugs and driving on Interstate 93 north in Hooksett on Aug. 1, 2024, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Gabriela Marie Smith, 37, of West Hancock Street in Manchester, on a felony possession of cocaine charge on July 6, 2024, in Concord.

Deshon J. Stone-Davis, 30, a homeless man now located in Concord, on burglary and two controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, fentanyl and meth, all felonies. He was accused of burglarizing Brothers Cortado Coffee Shop in Concord on June 10, 2024. The drug charges are connected to an incident in Concord on Aug. 14, 2024. Previously, the indictment noted, Stone-Davis has been convicted on drug charges. He is a felon due to several convictions.
