The Contractor only Ground Out A 8’ Path of the Old Asphalt, And Didn’t Replace The Whole Asphalt, And None Of The Old Base Rock As Required
They let the Contractor leave the old base rock in place, and not remove the whole old path. And stating they removed 12” of Fill. Not true!
They just keep adding to the Dangers they Place our kids and Residents in.
