Hartford/Tolland County Cop Corner: FBI Presents Local Crime Stats, Truck Runs off Highway

It was another busy week for state and local police in Hartford and Tolland counties as a chief decided to retire amid an e-mail scandal, a wanted woman ran amok from an area hospital and a man allegedly traveled to Connecticut to have an illicit encounter with a minor.

Something called a "United Nations" package delivery scam emerged and police were investigating several crashes.
