Burglary Capital of America a Small Georgia County

A small, south Georgia county has been ranked the burglary capital of the United States.

FindtheHome.com researched the the most recent estimates from the American Community Survey (2014) and then determined the U.S. county in every state with the highest burglary rate per 100,000 people. Sumter County, with a population of 31,804, came in at No. 1 on the list. >>> Read more.

Armed Robbers Targeting Victims Leaving Banks

The Sandy Springs Police Department says two suspects are accused of armed robberies after the victims made trips to the bank.

In one case, the victim had collected items from a safe deposit box. He left the bank and stopped by a diner for lunch. As he was getting into his vehicle, he was approached by a suspect wearing a cloth over his face. >>> Read more.
