Manchester Armed Career Criminal Indicted On Shooting, Evidence Charges: Court Roundup

MANCHESTER, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Travis Dahood, 43, of Hanover Street in Manchester on a felony reckless conduct charge. He was accused of driving on Interstate 93 and Route 28 at excessive speeds on Jan. 8 in Manchester. Read more about this case here: Manchester Sex Offender Accused Of Driving 130 MPH On I-93 While Drunk

Kevin Diaz, 28, of Garland Avenue in Manchester on a felony felony possession of fentanyl charge on Jan. 22 in Manchester.

Crystal Downie, 40, of Manchester Street in Manchester on possession of crack cocaine and possession of fentanyl charges, both felonies, on Jan. 31 in Manchester.

Dennis Duffy, 21, of Hanover Street in Manchester on a felony stalking charge. He was accused of violating a protective order in Manchester on April 1 after previously being convicted on a stalking charge.

Jeremy Durden, 32, of Manchester Street in Manchester on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Feb. 24, 2023, in Manchester.

Antonio Dustin, 64, a homeless man now located in Manchester, on a felony duty to report charge. Between Nov. 15 and Nov. 22, 2023, he was accused of failing to register with Manchester police.

Jonathan Flynn, 27, of Amherst Street in Manchester on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner and yelling, “Stay f------ down, stay f------ down, on March 27 in Manchester.

Sarah Foote, 39, of Manchester Street in Manchester on possession of fentanyl and possession of crack cocaine charges, both felonies, on Feb. 24 in Manchester.

Michael Gagnon, 49, of Peppermint Street in Goffstown on 10 possession of child sexual abuse images charges. He was accused of possessing videos on Jan. 5 in Goffstown.

April Gardner, 36, of Ashland Street in Manchester on possession of crack cocaine, possession of fentanyl, and possession of methamphetamine charges, all felonies, on March 21 in Manchester.

Micky Garst, 33, with a last known address of Concord Street in Manchester, on armed career criminal, falsifying physical evidence, and two first-degree assault charges, all felonies. He shot another person in the leg with a gun, was not supposed to possess a gun due to burglary and robbery convictions, and concealed the gun to impair an investigation in Manchester on Feb. 19, according to the indictments.

Adrian Hardin, 30, of Pearl Street in Manchester on two pistols & revolvers; convicted felons charges. He was accused of possessing two 9 mm pistols on March 28 in Manchester after being convicted of second-degree assault in Hillsborough County Superior Court North.
