Woman From Kensington Arrested On Stalking, Violation Of Protective Order Charges: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Jaclyn Lee Laroche, born in 2005, of Concord, was arrested at 5:42 p.m. on Feb. 5, 2026, on a warrant following an investigation or incident on Hope Avenue.

Sue Ellen Herrick, born in 1987, of Contoocook, was arrested at 11:05 a.m. on Feb. 4 on a theft of lost-mislaid property-less than $1,000 charge. She was arrested following an investigation or incident at Walmart at 344 Loudon Road.

Abner Danyelle Llanes Duran, born in 2001, of Concord, was arrested at 6:58 p.m. on Feb. 3 on a driving under the influence charge and an unregistered vehicle violation following an investigation or incident on the Exit 14 onramp of Interstate 93 south.

Rachelle L. Smith, born in 1989, of Concord, was arrested at 5:45 p.m. on Feb. 2 on a warrant as well as a possession of a controlled drug charge following an investigation or incident on Herbert Street.

Kristina M. Eddy, born in 1977, of Kensington, was arrested at 11:11 a.m. on Feb. 1 on stalking and violation of protective order charges following an investigation or incident at the Royal Gardens apartment complex.

Hassan Salad Shegow, born in 2006, of Concord, was arrested at 12:40 a.m. on Jan. 30 on criminal trespass and willful concealment charges following an investigation or incident at Target at 80 D’Amante Drive.

William Slocum, born in 1986, of Concord, was arrested at 10:48 a.m. on Jan. 29 on a sex offender registration; fail to comply-knowing-subsequent charge. Slocum is a sex offender due to three counts of felonious sexual assault-victim 13 or older and under 16 with an age difference of more than three years charges out of Merrimack County in October 2005. In February 2010, he was convicted on four counts of felonious sexual assault-victim 13 or older and under 16 with an age difference of more than four years in Strafford County.

Awili C. Ogalla, born in 1978, of Concord, was arrested at 5:37 p.m. on Jan. 28 on an endangering the welfare of a child charge following an investigation or incident at the Royal Gardens apartment complex.

Courtney M. Round, born in 1996, of Concord, was arrested at 7:23 p.m. on Jan. 27 on a bench warrant and a criminal mischief charge following an investigation or incident on Heather Lane.

Nathaniel M. White, born in 1984, of Concord, was arrested at 6:55 p.m. on Jan. 26 on a bench warrant and a possession of a controlled drug charge following an investigation or incident on Charles Street in Penacook.
