Concord Men Arrested On Indecent Exposure, Gross Lewdness Charges: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Jennifer E. Quinn, 39, of Concord received a summons at 9:21 a.m. on March 9, 2023, on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after an incident on Loudon Road west at Gully Hill.

Marc Parker, 34, of Concord received a summons at 5:06 p.m. on Feb. 22 on a reckless operation charge on Pembroke Road.

Matthew P. Saviano, 30, of Sandown was arrested at 1 a.m. on Feb. 19 on driving while intoxicated, simple assault, and resisting arrest or detention charges after an incident at 4 Hall St.

Devin Marquis, born 2004, of Concord was arrested at 11:23 p.m. on Feb. 15 on simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, criminal mischief, and unlawful possession-intoxication charges after an incident on Pleasant Street.

Jonathan Taylor Gagne, 22, of Concord was cited at 11:60 a.m. on Feb. 11 on a theft by unauthorized, less than $1,000, charge after an incident at Speedway on North Main Street.

Wayne E. Sargent, 45, of Pittsfield was arrested at 2:01 a.m. on Feb. 10 on a driving under the influence charge and a yellow-solid line violation. He was arrested after an incident on Loudon Road.

Elizabeth Marrero, born 1978, of Concord was arrested on a bench warrant at 5:56 p.m. on Feb. 9 after an incident on North Main Street.

Nicholas Charles Benjamin, 31, of Boscawen was arrested at 8:28 p.m. on Feb. 7 on a stalking charge. He was arrested after an incident at The Draft on South Main Street.

Johnathon Hutchins, born 1991, of Concord was arrested at 10:15 a.m. on Feb. 7 on an indecent exposure or gross lewdness charge after an incident at the clock tower on North Main Street.
