Rhode Island woman charged with indecent exposure; Concord women arrested on drunken driving charges; a teen, with priors, in more trouble.

CONCORD, NH — Vanessa J. Braley, 40, of Concord was arrested at 5:31 p.m. on Sept. 13, 2021, on a warrant. She also was cited on a resisting arrest or detention charge after an incident on Thorndike Street. Braley had an arrest warrant issued against her by the Merrimack County Superior Court in November 2020 on a violation of probation or parole accusation after being convicted of possession-sale of a narcotic drug in September 2020. She had a bail hearing on Sept. 14.

Kevin Donald McFetridge Jr., 19, of Concord was arrested at 2:34 p.m. on Sept. 13 on criminal trespass and breach of bail charges after an incident at the Best Western on Hall Street.

Ryan Scott Tracy, 27, of Manchester was arrested at 1:22 a.m. on Sept. 12 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident on Grove Street.

Richard F. Kuchinsky, 51, of Concord was arrested at 1:24 p.m. on Sept. 10 on a bench warrant after an incident at Shaw’s Supermarket on D’Amante Drive.

Crystal L. Turner, born 1988, of Concord was arrested at 11:57 p.m. on Sept. 9 on driving under the influence-second charge. She was arrested after an incident at 4 Hall St.

Catherin Mary Howe Nuala, born 1953, of Concord was arrested at 10:15 p.m. on Sept. 8 on a driving while intoxicated charge after an incident on Branch Turnpike.

Kadin James Buchholz, born 2000, of Concord received a summons at 5:08 p.m. on Sept. 7 on a disorderly conduct charge after an incident at Cumberland Farms on North Main Street.

Miles A. Anderson, 32, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 1:29 p.m. on Sept. 6 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident at Rite Aid on North State Street.

Cassi J. Page, 33, of Woodlawn Drive in Allenstown was arrested at 12:40 a.m. on Sept. 5 on a simple assault charge. Police were sent to Cumberland Farms on North Main Street for a report of an “out of control subject” who was “throwing items at other people,” according to an affidavit. One officer spoke with the suspect, Page, while another eyed surveillance video. The officer eyeing the video accused Page of getting into a verbal argument with a woman, who was a store employee. Page, the report said, threw a wrapped sandwich at the clerk from about eight feet away. As the clerk attempted to block the flying sandwich, it hit her in the hand, the report stated. Page was then arrested and held without bail.

Kathy L. Abrams, 62, of Penacook was arrested at 7:07 p.m. on Sept. 3 on two counts of stalking, violation of a protective order, and breach of bail charges after an incident on Canal Street.

Adeline L. Bynum, 33, of Bristol, Rhode Island, was arrested at 1:40 p.m. on Sept. 2 on an indecent exposure-gross lewdness charge after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road.

Renee Lynn Hartford, 39, of Rochester was arrested at 11:14 a.m. on Aug. 31 on a felony habitual offender charge and a bench warrant after an incident at 15 Hall Street. She’s due in superior court for arraignment on Sept. 30.
