Alleged Boscawen, Concord Drug Dealers, Others Indicted In Merrimack County

Plus, Derry man indicted on theft charges, felons from Franklin, Meredith indicted on weapon charges, and alleged forger also indicted.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted in Merrimack County Superior Court in June.

Shane Collins, 42, pictured upper right, of Derry, incarcerated at the Hillsborough County House of Corrections at the time of the indictment, on three felony counts of theft by unauthorized taking. The charges stem from alleged incidents on March 5, and March 13, 2017, in Concord involving a GMC van, a Chevrolet Silverado, and stolen jewelry.

Angela St. Cyr, 26, pictured upper center, of Concord, incarcerated at the Merrimack County House of Corrections at the time of the indictment, on three counts of sale of a controlled drug-methamphetamine and sale of a controlled drug-accomplice-methamphetamine, all felonies. The charges stem from alleged incidents on Whitney Road, Loudon Road, and Christian Avenue in Concord on April 4, April 26, and March 22, 2017. The accomplice incident allegedly involved Zachary Sanborn at the Concord Gardens apartment complex in Concord on March 1, 2017.

Jon Daigle, 30, of Garvins Falls Road in Concord, for felony forgery. On Dec. 5, 2016, he allegedly altered a check by the state of New Hampshire from a Bank of America account to a chimney cleaning service for $920 and added the names check to include himself and Keith Richard.

Larisa Day, 29, pictured bottom left, of Boscawen, incarcerated at the Merrimack County House of Corrections at the time of the indictment, on six felony counts of sale of a controlled drug-psilocin, marijuana, methamphetamine, and felony possession of controlled drug-methamphetamine while at the county jail. The drug dealing charges stem from alleged incidents on Aug. 2, and Aug. 5, 2016, in the area of King Street in Boscawen.

Mark Denio, 40, pictured right middle, of Winnisquam Avenue in Laconia, for felony possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine in the area of Green Street in Concord on April 10, 2017.

Corey Douglas, 28, of Manchester, incarcerated at the Hillsborough County House of Corrections at the time of the indictment, for felony possession of a narcotic drug-Oxycodone allegedly on April 10, 2017, on Route 3A in Bow.

Terri Dunn, 42, pictured lower right, of Meredith, for felony possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine on April 9, 2017, in Pittsfield.

Dana Dustin, 25, of Red Gate Lane in Meredith, for felony convicted felon in possession of a weapon. On April 9, 2017, in Pittsfield, he was allegedly in possession of a Sig Sauer P229. He was convicted of burglary, a felony, in Grafton County Superior Court in March 2015.

Briana Estey, 23, of Blueberry Hill Road in Plymouth, for felony possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl allegedly on May 3, 2017, in Boscawen.

Toby W. Fisher, 41, pictured lower center, of Winnipesaukee Street in Franklin, for felony convicted felons for allegedly being in possession of a switchblade on May 5, 2017, in Franklin after previously being convicted of sale of a narcotic drug in Merrimack County Superior Court in January 2016.

Robert R. Frene, 52, of Water Street in Meredith, for felony habitual offender allegedly while driving on Water Street in Concord on Nov. 12, 2016.
