Concord Man Arrested Twice In 4.5 Hours On Mischief, Stalking, And Breach Charges: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Kyle B. Joyce, born in 1985, of Belmont, was arrested at 5:30 p.m. on Aug. 20, 2026, on a warrant after an incident or investigation at O'Reilly Auto Parts at 162 Manchester St.

Ayslin Cecilia Claudio, born in 2005, of Chichester, received a summons at 5:06 p.m. on Aug. 18 on a conduct after an accident charge and an unsafe lane change violation after an incident or investigation on Loudon Road.

Lori Ellen Lavigne, born in 1982, of Concord, was arrested at 7:37 p.m. on Aug. 16 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident or investigation on Stone Street.

Dorian Blue Blackburn, born in 2007, of Concord, was arrested at 2:48 p.m. on Aug. 15 on a simple assault charge after an incident or investigation at Concord Hospital at 250 Pleasant St.

Daniel H. Gage, 47, with a last known address of Perimeter Road in Concord, was arrested at 12:45 p.m. on Aug. 14 on a sex offender registration; negligent failure to comply charge. He was arrested at police headquarters. Gage is a sex offender due to a conviction on 10 counts of possession of child sexual abuse image charges in September 2024, in Rockingham County Superior Court, according to the state of New Hampshire.

Amanda C. Smith, born in 1989, of Hudson, was arrested at 6:11 p.m. on Aug. 12 on four counts of receiving stolen property-less than $1,000 after an incident or investigation at Granite State Gold Buyers LLC on Manchester Street.

Kristen Lea Durocher, born in 1984, of Concord, received a summons at 5:14 p.m. on Aug. 10 on theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 and willful concealment charges after an incident or investigation at the Market Basket at 108 Fort Eddy Road.

Larry W. Cole, born in 1981, of Concord, was arrested at 6:59 a.m. on Aug. 11 on a warrant after an incident or investigation at U-Haul at 29 Stickney Avenue.

John L. Taylor, born in 1992, of Concord, was arrested at 1:59 a.m. on Aug. 5 on theft by unauthorized taking, a felony due to two prior convictions, and willful concealment charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at Walmart at 344 Loudon Road.

Jose Moises Morales Hernandez, born in 1993, of Concord, was arrested at 2:43 a.m. on July 31 on driving under the influence and transportation of alcohol/open container charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on East Side Drive.

James J. Bach, born in 1972, of Concord, was arrested at 7:30 p.m. on July 28 on a criminal mischief charge after an incident or investigation on Loudon Road. He was arrested again at 11:52 p.m. on two breach of bail and two stalking charges after an incident or investigation on Loudon Road.

Benjamin J. Wilber, born in 1982, of Concord, was arrested at 6:05 p.m. on July 28 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at the Salisbury Green apartment complex on Loudon Road.
