Concord Stalker Accused Of New Stalking Charge 5 Days After Conviction: County Superior Court Roundup

Men indicted on strangulation charges; a man from British Columbia indicted on elderly scam charges; homeless men indicted on drug charges.

CONCORD, NH — A grand jury in Merrimack County recently indicted the individuals listed below.

Gilbert Uwitonze, 29, of Pembroke Road in Concord, on second-degree assault-domestic violence and attempted second-degree assault-domestic violence charges. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner in Concord on Nov. 15, 2025. Michael Sanders, 31, of Forest Drive in Tilton, on second-degree assault-domestic violence and attempted second-degree assault-domestic violence. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner in Concord on Nov. 27, 2025.

Andrew Ludwig, 40, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony possession of a controlled drug with prior conviction-methamphetamine charge in Concord on Aug. 28, 2025. He was previously convicted, according to the indictment, on a controlled drug charge in Merrimack County Superior Court in September 2024.

Jason A. Thompson, 40, of Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on a felony stalking charge. He was accused of violating a protective order on Feb. 9 in Concord. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a stalking charge in Merrimack County Superior Court on Feb. 4. At the time, Thompson was out on bail, the indictment stated.

Huijie Ying, 45, of Tomicki Avenue in Richmond, British Columbia, on financial exploitation of an elderly adult, identity fraud, theft by deception, and theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies. He was accused of posing as a Federal Trade Commission agent to exercise control of $23,000 owned by two people in Dunbarton on Dec. 3, 2025.

Larry Cole, 44, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge on Aug. 20, 2025, in Concord.

Sheree C. Fournier, 33, of Rollins Street in Concord, on controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth and fentanyl mix and crime while released on bail-controlled drug act; acts prohibited-alprazolam charges, both felonies, in Concord, on April 15, 2025.

Cory A. George, 37, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Aug. 21, 2025, in Concord.

Jonathan H. George, 39, of Warren Street in Concord, on burglary and theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies. He was accused of burglarizing Ransmeier and Spellman on Capitol Street in Concord and stealing a computer on June 1, 2025.

James M. Heather, 42, of Lincoln Street in Manchester, on forgery and attempted theft by deception charges, both felonies. He was accused of uttering a $3,700 check from Stone Edge Design and of attempting to cash it at Merrimack County Savings Bank in Concord on Oct. 23, 2025.
