Car Thief Indicted On Concord Kidnapping, Assault Charges: Merrimack County Superior Court Indictments

CONCORD, NH — A grand jury in Merrimack County recently indicted the individuals listed below.

Nicole Fournier, 39, of Joppa Hill Road in Bedford, on a felony count of possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine in Hooksett on March 21.

Angel L. Fuentes, 30, of North Orkney Street in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on kidnapping, criminal restraint, and two second-degree assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of placing his hands over an intimate partner's mouth and nose and picking her up and putting her in a bedroom so she could not leave on May 15 in Concord. Hector G. Galvan, 27, of Merrill Crossing in Bow, on two domestic violence-simple assault-enhanced and felony counts of second-degree assault-domestic violence and tampering with witnesses and informants. He was accused of slapping a young child in the head, grabbing them by the collar, and throwing them into a baby bouncer in Bow on May 23. Galvan, according to the indictment, also attempted to get the child to withhold information and not to tell anyone what happened if they did not want Galvan to go to jail.

Jeffrey Gardner, 66, a member of Concord's unhoused community, on a felony count of stalking-subsequent. He was accused of violating a protective order by walking in the front yard of a home on North State Street after being convicted of stalking in Concord District Court in October 2025.

Jeffrey Grablewski, 56, of Daniel Webster Highway in Meredith, on a felony count of motor vehicles; penalties. He was accused of driving a Chevrolet Silverado on Loudon Road in Concord on Feb. 2 after the NH DMV deemed him a habitual offender in February 2007.

Joshua P. Gragg, 39, of Appletree Lane in Hopkinton, on a felony count of operating after certification as a habitual offender. He was accused of driving on Montgomery Street in Concord on June 16 after the NH DMV deemed him a habitual offender in January 2025.

Joyce A. Gilbert, 25, of East Bow Street in Franklin, on a felony criminal threatening charge. She was accused of placing three people in imminent fear of physical contact by striking a tent she used with a stick with screws sticking out on May 23 in Franklin.

Hannah M. Gonthier, 30, a homeless woman now located in Franklin, on bail jumping and two controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth and fentanyl. She was accused of failing to appear in Franklin District Court on May 18. Gonthier also was accused of selling meth and fentanyl in Franklin on May 26.

Christopher Guidi, 37, of Meredith, incarcerated in the Merrimack County Jail at the time of the indictment, on five felony counts of second-degree assault. He was accused of headbutting and strangling an intimate partner between July 1 and Oct. 8, 2025, in Warner.

Michael R. Haynes, 46, of Shaker Road in Concord, on six felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth, fentanyl, and clonazepam, on April 18 in Concord. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted for acts prohibited in September 2016 in Merrimack County Superior Court.
