Elderly Man, Now Living In Arizona, Indicted On Child Sexual Assault Charges: Superior Court Indictments

Canaan man indicted on 37 counts of child sexual abuse images; NY educator indicted on rape charge; Gilmanton forestry theft indictments.

CONCORD, NH — A grand jury in Merrimack County recently indicted the individuals listed below.

Robert Burgess, 40, of Franklin, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, at the Belknap County Jail, on theft by unauthorized taking and receiving stolen property, both felonies. He was accused of retaining a Franklin Savings Bank debit card owned by another person on Feb. 27, 2025, in Franklin. Burgess, according to the indictment, was convicted twice before of theft.

David M. Fales, 36, of West Bow Street in Franklin, on a felony bail jumping charge. He was accused of failing to appear in court in Franklin on Nov. 3, 2025, after being released on bail in September 2025.

Hannah M. Gonthier, 29, of no fixed address in Franklin, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on April 7, 2025, in Franklin.

Jenny Churchill, 45, of Emerald Ridge Road in Newport, was indicted in Cheshire County on a felony theft by unauthorized taking-$1,501-plus charge. She was accused of stealing $1,952.99 from Ulta Beauty between Nov. 16 and Nov. 19, 2025, in Keene.

Adam Belleville, 36, of Fieldstone Circle in Weare, was indicted in Belknap County on a felony possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine in Laconia on Feb. 24, 2025.

Rebecca Santy, 43, of River Road in Bow, was indicted in Belknap County on a felony possession of a controlled drug-meth charge in Laconia on Sept. 11, 2025.

Eric Fredericksen, 40, of Jackson Drive in Wilton, was indicted in Belknap County on a felony operating after certification as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Court Street in Laconia on Nov. 8, 2025, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV in March 2008.

Clay Dow, 38, of North Barnstead Road in Center Barnstead, was indicted in Belknap County on five theft by misapplication-$1,501-plus and five deceptive forestry business practices charges, both felonies. He was accused of buying and selling forest products and failing to remunerate the landowners pursuant to a written contract between Aug. 1 and Oct. 31, 2022, and Nov. 1, 2022, and Jan. 31, 2023, in Gilmanton.

Darrel Bousquet, 40, of Manchester Street in Concord, was indicted in Belknap County on a simple assault-law enforcement officer charge. He was accused of kicking a sergeant in Center Barnstead on Feb. 7, 2025.

Michael J. Pagliarulo, 70, of East Huntington Drive in Flagstaff, Arizona, was indicted in Belknap County on aggravated felonious sexual assault-victim under 13, aggravated felonious sexual assault, and felonious sexual assault-domestic violence-victim under 13 charges, all felonies. He was accused of fondling a girl and having her fondle him in Belmont and Laconia between May 9, 2017, and May 8, 2020.

Adam McAlister, 43, of Grafton Turnpike Road in Canaan, was indicted in Grafton County on 30 felony counts of possession of child sexual abuse images and seven felony counts of distribution of child sexual abuse images. He was accused of possessing .gif, .jpg, .mp4, .wmv, .avi, .mpg, and .mov files on April 8, 2025, in Canaan. McAlister was also accused of sharing .avi, .mpg, .jpg, and other files using BitTorrent file-sharing software on March 14, 2025, in Canaan.

Devon Sanville, 22, of Dionne Drive in Manchester, was indicted in Grafton County on a felony reckless conduct charge. He was accused of placing others in danger by driving a Subaru Legacy at more than 100 mph in Ashland on Oct. 5, 2025.

Eric B. Isaac, 47, of Terrance Place in Brooklyn, New York, on aggravated felonious sexual assault-therapeutic or treating relationship, felonious sexual assault-penetration-victim 13 to 15, and felonious sexual assault-sexual contact-school employee charges, all felonies. He was accused of raping and fondling a girl he had a position of authority over and within one year of terminating therapy on Oct. 4, 2025, in Northumberland.
