Man From Concord Arrested On Drunken Driving Charges Again, Faces Aggravated Count: Concord Cop Log

CONCORD, NH — Douglas C. Smith Jr., born in 1988, of Concord, was arrested at 2 p.m. on Aug. 5, 2026, on registration of online identifiers and sex offender registration; failure to comply-knowing-subsequent charges. He was arrested at police headquarters after an incident or investigation on Tremont Street.

Asende Alinoti, born in 1988, of Concord, received a summons at 8:20 p.m. on Aug. 4 on willful concealment and theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charges after an incident or investigation at the Shaw’s Supermarket at 20 D’Amante Drive.

Nicholas Scott Dale, born in 2007, of Concord, received a summons on a bench warrant at 3 p.m. on July 31 after an incident or investigation on Northeast Village Road.

Austin C. Shelton, born in 1995, of Concord, was arrested at 10:04 p.m. on July 30 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation at the Concord Homeless Resource Center at 238 N. Main St.

Ivy H. Barboza, born in 1987, of Manchester, was arrested at 6:37 p.m. on July 29 on a driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charge and a bench warrant after an incident or investigation on Loudon Road.

Jeffrey Stephen Gardner, born in 1960, of Concord, was arrested at 9:13 p.m. on July 28 on three criminal trespass and three breach of bail charges after an incident or investigation on Monroe Street.

Danielle Kristen Abrams, born in 1985, of Concord, was arrested at 9:56 p.m. on July 26 on possession of a controlled drug, transport drugs in a motor vehicle, and improper person operating a vehicle charges after an incident or investigation at the Enterprise Rent-A-Car at 28 Manchester St.

Brent L. Keyser, born in 1985, of Penacook, was arrested at 9:55 p.m. on July 26 on operating after certification as a habitual offender, transport drugs in a motor vehicle, possession of a controlled drug, possession of a controlled drug-subsequent, and resisting arrest or detention charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on Hall Street.

Ezra Burdette, born in 2001, of Concord, was arrested at 8:52 a.m. on July 26 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation on North State Street.

Timothy Peter Nault, 27, of Langdon Avenue in Concord, was arrested at 9:15 p.m. on July 25 on driving under the influence-second offense and aggravated DUI-0.16-plus charges as well as traffic control device violation and operating without lights. He was accused of driving drunk in a Jeep Renegade on North Main Street, without the Jeep’s lights on, disregarding a red light at the intersection of I-393 and North Main Street, and having an alcohol concentration of 0.16 or more, according to court documents. Nault was previously convicted in Concord District Court of DUI in July 2023. He had a hearing on Aug. 10. Nault is back in court on Oct. 22.

Natasha Renee Mitchell, born in 1989, of Concord, was arrested at 2:06 p.m. on July 25 on two simple assault and two domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident or investigation on Curtice Avenue.

Rachel Lois Sammon, born in 1952, of Concord, was arrested at 1:30 a.m. on July 25 on domestic violence-simple assault, simple assault, and two resisting arrest or detention charges. She was arrested after an incident or investigation on Loudon Road.
