Concord Man Indicted On Pellet Gun Shooting Incident: Merrimack County Superior Court Indictments

CONCORD, NH — A grand jury in Merrimack County recently indicted the people listed below.

Chasrick Heredia, 32, of West River Drive in Manchester, on a felony reckless conduct charge. He was accused of driving in a dangerous manner while passing cars, over the double-yellow line, and striking a motor vehicle in Hooksett on Oct. 25, 2025.

Ryan R. Hillsgrove, 48, of Break O'Day Drive in Concord, on a felony count of reckless conduct with a deadly weapon. He was accused of shooting another person in the face with a pellet gun, hitting them just below the right eye, on April 27 in Concord.

Omar Hutchinson, 34, of Concord or Franklin, on a controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl felony charge on April 20 in Franklin.

Patrick Tywon Jenkins, 30, a member of Concord's unhoused community, on a felony count of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl on June 24 in Concord.

Isaiah R. Lee, 32, of Summerfare Street in Hooksett, on possession of methamphetamine and possession of fentanyl charges, both felonies, on March 31.

David Lemay, 52, of Dartmouth College Highway in North Haverhill, on a felony count of theft by unauthorized taking. He was accused of stealing merchandise from the Hannaford supermarket on Fort Eddy Road in Concord on Dec. 26, 2025. Lemay has previously been convicted on theft charges.

Zachary S. Lucas, 35, of Concord East Lane in Wakefield, on a felony count of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge on Dec. 15, 2025, in Franklin.

Richard Marchant, 56, of Orchard Drive in Hooksett, on felony charges of possession of a firearm and possession of controlled drugs,. He was accused of possessing a firearm in Hooksett on Jan. 24. Previously, according to the indictment, Marchant was convicted of sale-controlled drugs and possession of controlled drugs in Hills South in October 2015 and Hills North in December 2015.

Melinda Sue Meneely Credit: Concord Police Department

Melinda Sue Meneely, 37, a member of Concord's unhoused community, on robbery and theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies. She was accused of hitting a Market Basket employee during a theft in Concord on May 18.

Gabriel Pagan-Lorenzana, 24, of Central Street in Manchester, on a felony count of theft by unauthorized taking. He was accused of stealing various personal property items from a vehicle in Concord on Jan. 14.
