Hopkinton Felon Arrested On Parking Lot Drug Charges: Concord Cop Log

Rebekah M. Padua, 29, of Barnstead, was arrested at 2 a.m. on April 7 on a warrant as well as a possession of a controlled drug charge after an incident or investigation at the McDonald’s Restaurant at 90 S. Main St. On March 24, she pleaded guilty to a possession charge and received a 12-month sentence and a $434 fine, both suspended for five years. Padua is due back in Belknap County Superior Court on May 13 for a status conference on theft and credit card fraud charges after an incident in July 2023 in Laconia and due back in Merrimack County Superior Court on May 22 for a status conference hearing after being accused of delivery of weapon or contraband and acts prohibited charges in Boscawen in July 2024.

Shaun D. White, 45, of Concord, was arrested at 12:05 a.m. on April 6 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation on North Main Street.

Amanda B. Montplaisir, 38, of Franklin, was arrested at 11:30 p.m. on April 4 on a conduct after an accident charge as well as an improper backing-interstate violation after an incident at the McDonald’s Restaurant at 90 S. Main St. She was arrested again at 12:08 a.m. on April 5 on a driving under the influence charge and a transportation of alcohol-open container violation on North Main Street.

Zachary Scott Lucas, 34, of East Wakefield, was arrested at 1:39 a.m. on April 4 on a possession of a controlled drug and transport drugs in a motor vehicle charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on North Main Street.

Kristopher D. Estey, 42, of Belmont, was arrested at 5:44 p.m. on April 3 on theft by unauthorized taking, a felony due to two prior convictions, and criminal mischief charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on Garvin Falls Road.

Iris Ethel Holden, 46, of Hopkinton, was arrested at 8:19 p.m. on April 2 on felon in possession of a dangerous weapon and two possession of a controlled drug charges after an incident or investigation at the Concord High School Senior Parking Lot at 111.5 Warren St. as well as a resisting arrest or detention charge after an incident or investigation at the Durgin Block Garage at 17 School St.

Joseph R. Clough, 28, of Franklin, was arrested at 12:35 a.m. on April 1 on a warrant after an incident or investigation at Wow Billiards and Bar at 2 N. Main St. He failed to appear at the arraignment-bail hearing and status conference hearing on acts prohibited and other charges after an incident in Pittsfield in November 2024. Clough is due back in court for a status conference on May 8.

Jeffrey Paul Johnson, 41, of Concord, received a summons at 1:28 p.m. on March 31 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation at Burger King at 15 Hall St.

Cassie L. Marcoux, born in 1981, of Concord, was arrested at 5:01 a.m. on March 30 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident or investigation at the Citizens Bank at 1 Capital Plaza. She was arrested again at 10:08 p.m. on March 30 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident or investigation at the Citizens Bank at Capital Plaza.

Samanthasuzan Simone Meehan, born in 1987, of Allenstown, was arrested at 11:37 p.m. on March 28 on simple assault and resisting arrest or detention charges after an incident or investigation at Concord Hospital at 250 Pleasant St.

Nathan W. Sayer, born in 1988, of Concord, was arrested at 1:17 p.m. on March 28 on credit card fraud-$1,501-plus or two prior convictions and theft by deception-$1,000 charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on Summer Street.
