Concord, Greenville Residents Face Drug Dealing Charges: County Superior Court Roundup
Plus: Woman, with priors, indicted for strangling an intimate partner; habitual offenders; Manchester man faces stolen jet ski indictments.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Federico J. Urena, 21, of South Elm Street in Manchester on three felony counts of receiving stolen property. He was accused of possessing a stolen 2002 Bombardier jet ski, 2008 Bombardier jet ski, and a PWC double jet ski trailer in Concord on March 26.
Jordan Vachon, 30, of Edwards Street in Franklin on a felony burglary charge. He was accused of entering Chinburg Builders on Canal Street in Franklin between March 19 and March 20.

Travis Vallee, 35, of Fair Street in Laconia on a felony motor vehicles; penalties-operating as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Route 106 in Loudon on April 14 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
Patricia White, 48, of Belknap Avenue in Newport on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, crack cocaine and methamphetamine, charges, on April 15 in Newport.

Tyler B. Zimmer, 28, of Route 175 in Thornton on aggravated driving while intoxicated and reckless conduct charges, both felonies. He was accused of driving drunk on Interstate 93 south in Canterbury, driving at erratic speeds, on Dec. 21, 2022, and causing a motor vehicle crash with injury.
Daniel L. Allen, 47, of Cross Mill Road in Northfield on possession of meth and possession of clonazepam charges, both felonies, in Franklin on May 1.
Jacqueline Arsenault, 25, of North State Street in Concord on a second-degree assault charge. She was accused of strangling an intimate partner on May 8 in Concord.
David P. Baron, 36, of Wheeler Street in Pepperell, Massachusetts, on a felony operate after certified as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Route 3A in Bow on May 26.
Jade Beaulieu, 36, Darling Hill Road in Greenville on possession of cocaine, possession of amphetamine, possession of crack cocaine, possession of alprazolam, possession of meth, possession of fentanyl, and possession of fentanyl with intent to sell charges, all felonies, on Feb. 10 in Bow.
Shane Berube, 35, a homeless man now located in Concord, on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, meth and fentanyl, charges. He was accused of selling the drugs to a confidential informant working for the FBI on Sept. 8, 2022, in Concord.
