Concord Man Indicted On Child Rape, Endangerment Charges: Superior Court Roundup

CONCORD, NH — A Merrimack County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Christopher Blodgett, 50, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony theft by deception charge. He pretended to purchase a portable battery charger and presented it to the returns center at Walmart for cash he was not entitled to receive on Sept. 14, 2024, in Concord, according to the indictment. Twice before, Blodgett has been convicted on theft charges.

Adam R. Blunt, 45, of Pleasant Street in Manchester, on two felony operating while deemed a habitual offender charges. He was accused of driving on River Road in Hooksett and Commerce Drive in Hooksett on May 1, 2024, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

James Bosco, 47, of Styles Drive in Concord, on two felony tampering with witnesses and informants charges. He was accused of attempting to induce another to withhold evidence or testify or inform falsely on July 16, and July 17, 2024, in Loudon. Philip G. Carter, 46, of Joy Street in Pittsfield, on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge on July 12, 2024, in Pittsfield.

Melissa R. Clancy, 33, of Cartier Street in Manchester, on a felony operating while deemed a habitual offender charge. She was accused of driving on Mammoth Road in Hooksett on July 14, 2022, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Ralph V. Curtis, 24, of Bartlett Street in Hooksett, on a felony duty to report charge. He was accused of failing to tell Hooksett police where he lived, as he was required to do semi-annually on July 26, 2024.

Kenny J. Robbins, 30, of Freedom Acres Drive in Concord, on a felony possession of a controlled drug-subsequent-fentanyl charge on July 19, 2024, in Boscawen. He was previously on a possession charge in Merrimack County Superior Court in May 2022.

Keegan D. Roberge, 20, of Evans Court in Franklin, on a felony criminal threatening charge. He was accused of flipping open a knife during an argument with a man in Franklin on July 7, 2024.

Matthew C. Robie, 39, of Moses Road in Hill, on a felony receiving stolen property-$1,501-plus charge. He was accused of retaining a stolen 2023 Can-Am Maverick Sport Utility Vehicle in Hill on May 2, 2024.

Jason M. Roy, 39, of Lawrence Street in Andover, on four theft by unauthorized taking and four theft by deception charges, all felonies. Between Aug. 1, 2023, and March 31, 2024, he was accused of exercising control over money from four people for tickets but not providing the tickets in Andover, Franklin, and Northfield.

Joshua Sarette, 33, of Adams Avenue in Franklin, on a felony felonious sexual assault charge. He was accused of fondling a girl between Jan. 1 and July 9, 2024, in Franklin.

Dylan A. Simms, 30, of Centre Street in Concord, on aggravated felonious sexual assault-pattern-domestic violence, two aggravated felonious sexual assault-domestic violence, and two endangering the welfare of a child or incompetent charges, all felonies. He was accused of raping and fondling a child repeatedly between Jan. 1, 2019, and Feb. 28, 2023, and March 1 and April 30, 2024, in Concord.

Manuel Soto, 27, of Highland Avenue in Haverhill, Massachusetts, on a felony felon in possession of a dangerous weapon charge. He was accused of possessing a gun on Aug. 16, 2024, in Concord. Soto is a felony due to an acts prohibited conviction in Hillsborough County Superior Court North in March 2023.
