Homeless Man Indicted On Concord Cop Knife Threat Charge: Superior Court Roundup

Allenstown, Bradford men indicted on gun threat charges; Loudon man indicted on robbery, threat charges; Newport woman faces forgery charge.

CONCORD, NH — A Merrimack County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

William J. Beers, 52, of Bridge Street in Salem, Massachusetts, on a felony theft by deception charge. He was accused of exercising control of more than $1,500 in money from the Allenstown Wastewater Treatment Facility on Oct. 20, 2022, in Allenstown. Joshua Bowden, 28, of Alton Bay was also indicted on a felony theft by deception charge involving the same case.

Michael A. Bennett, 30, of Thompson Road in Pembroke on a felony criminal threatening charge. He was accused of holding a metal type of breaker bar and stating the words, “I’ll f------ kill you, bitch,” or words to that effect, at another person in Pembroke on Aug. 9.

Daniel Brien, 29, of Jackson Avenue in Allenstown on reckless conduct-domestic violence, criminal threatening, and criminal threatening-domestic violence charges, all felonies. He was accused of pointing a firearm at an intimate partner and stating, “I don’t have a problem pulling the trigger,” or words to that effect on July 21 in Allenstown.

Joseph Bye, 31, of Spofford Street in Claremont on theft by deception, Medicaid Fraud-false claims, and Medicaid Fraud-false records charges, all felonies. He was accused of defrauding the program of more than $1,500 between July 1, 2020, and July 31, 2022.

Michael Cadorette, 34, of Rowe Mountain Road in Bradford on reckless conduct, criminal threatening, and domestic violence-criminal threatening charges, all felonies. He was accused of pointing a Smith & Wesson pistol at an intimate partner and suggesting everything would be better if he killed her or words to that effect on Aug. 12 in Bradford.
