Vermont Man Arrested On 3rd DUI Charge On Loudon Road: Concord Cop Log
Pembroke perp with priors faces protective order charge; Penacook man arrested on meth, 2 habitual charges; stalking arrest at a courthouse.

CONCORD, NH — Craig Steven Laramie, 40, of Pembroke was arrested at 6:16 p.m. on Aug. 27, 2023, on a violation of a protective order charge. He was arrested after an incident at the Royal Gardens apartment complex.
Victor Gareth Manns, born 2000, of Concord was arrested at 5:35 p.m. on Aug. 27 on a simple assault charge after an incident at Arnie’s Place at 164 Loudon Road.
Jamie L. Spencer, born 1982, of Williamstown, Vermont, was arrested at 2:02 p.m. on Aug. 27 on driving under the influence-third offense, disobeying an officer, and resisting arrest or detention charges as well an open container violation after an incident at Walmart at 344 Loudon Road.

Jennifer L. Healy, 42, of Henniker was arrested at 1:42 p.m. on Aug. 27 on a warrant and a bench warrant after an incident at 344 Walmart on Loudon Road. She failed to appear at a dispositional conference on Aug. 8 in Hillsborough County Superior Court North on drug possession and controlled premises charges out of Manchester from March. Healy also failed to appear in Merrimack County Superior Court on Thursday on three acts prohibited charges out of Henniker from October 2022 and felony receiving stolen property and theft charges out of Henniker from June.
Mark Simoneau, 36, of Manchester was cited at 11:14 a.m. on Aug. 27 on an unofficial inspection-registration decal violation after an incident on South Street.

John Richard Thompson, born 2001, of Wolfeboro was arrested at 3:56 a.m. on Aug. 27 on driving while intoxicated and conduct after an accident charges after an incident on Old Turnpike Road.
Joshua R. Burney, 44, of Concord was taken into protective custody at 12:40 p.m. on Aug. 10 after an incident at Aroma Joe’s on Fisherville Road.
Ernest Lee Thompson II, 39, of Penacook was arrested at 5:29 a.m. on Aug. 9 on operating after certified as a habitual offender and possession of a controlled drug charges, both felonies, as well as operating a motorcycle without a motorcycle license and a failure to use required turn signal violation. An officer on Village Street near the Manor Fire House saw a motorcyclist driving south and the bike did not appear to have a plate. The officer followed the bike and on Borough Road, accused the rider of not using a turn signal. “I observed that the operator of the motorcycle was accelerating to a higher speed and pulling away from me,” the officer wrote in an affidavit. “At this time, I did not have my lights or sirens going.” The officer lost the motorcycle in the area of Lilac Street, but a walker in the area told the officer the motorcycle had headed back toward Village Street. Later, the officer stopped the rider, Thompson, who was on a 2001 Yamaha XV1 registered to a woman in her late 20s. “Ernest seemed nervous and informed me he had ‘just been arrested by Bow for the same thing last week,’” the officer wrote. “Ernest immediately told me he did not have a license. Dispatch verified this to be true, along with informing me that he is a habitual offender.” He was certified in July 2021. The officer accused Thompson of “immediately, without me asking,” that he had “some meth,” the affidavit said. The officer put gloves on and retrieved a pipe with residue and tiny fragments of meth wrapped in a bandana. “While in the booking cell,” the officer wrote, “Ernest became seemingly distraught when he heard I was charging him with possession and said something to the effect of, ‘I thought if I was honest with you about having the meth, you'd give me a break.’” The case in Bow, according to an affidavit, was at around 10:45 p.m. on Aug. 1, near the Circle K on Route 3A, after an officer accused Thompson of “attempting to conceal the license plate from me” and the officer wanting to check it, due to so many stolen motorcycles in the region. The motorcycle was not stolen, but Thompson was arrested on a felony habitual offender charge.
Renee L. Woodward, born 1961, of Concord was arrested at 10:55 a.m. on July 29 on a stalking charge after an incident at the Merrimack County Superior Court at 5 Court St.
Matayo A. Riley, born 1997, of Concord was arrested at 1:17 a.m. on July 29 on a simple assault charge. He was arrested after an incident at Wow Billiards & Bar at 2 N. Main St.
Angela Marie Spataro, born 1992, of Concord was arrested at 8:25 p.m. on July 28 on a bench warrant after an incident on Airport Road.
