Concord Man Indicted On Meth, Fentanyl Dealing Charges: Court

Woman indicted on forgery charge; Franklin man indicted on weapon, assault, other charges; Queen City teen indicted for reckless conduct.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted in Merrimack County Superior Court recently.

Trever Hoyt, 26, of Merrill Drive in Bennington on habitual offender and acts prohibited charges, both felonies. He was accused of possessing fentanyl and driving on West River Road in Hooksett after being certified as a habitual offender on Aug. 9.

Tommie L. Johnson, 18, of Alsace Street in Manchester on a felony reckless conduct charge. He was accused of striking another vehicle, at a high rate of speed, with a passenger inside in Pittsfield on June 6.

Dylan Kirk, 27, of Milton Street in Manchester on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on April 7 in Hooksett.

Christina Lariviere, 36, of White Rock Hill Road in Bow on a felony forgery charge. She was accused of uttering a check on a TD Bank account of another person for $1,487.01 on April 18 in Bow.

Brian Laronge, 35, of Pleasant Street in Spofford on a felony pistols & revolvers; convicted felons felony charge. He was accused of possessing a Glock 9 mm handgun on June 7 in Pittsfield.

Ethan Lea, 31, of Longmeadow Drive in Concord on two counts acts prohibited-possession of fentanyl with intent to distribute, one count of acts prohibited-possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, two counts of acts prohibited-possession of methamphetamine, and one count of convicted felons-possession of a throwing ax, all felonies, on Aug. 28, 2019, in Hooksett.

Timothy Therrien, 35, of Bobolink Road in Hillsboro on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving on Morrison Road in Henniker on April 18 after being deemed a habitual offender.

Kevin Thibaudeau, 37, of New Salem Street in Laconia on stalking, controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth, and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-buprenorphine charges, all felonies, on June 21 in Concord. Previously, according to the indictment, Thibaudeau was convicted of stalking in December 2018 in Rochester Circuit Court.

Jeremy A. Webb, 40, of Plains Court in Franklin on domestic violence-false imprisonment, criminal threatening with a deadly weapon-domestic violence, and two domestic violence-second-degree assault charges, all felonies. On July 4, in Franklin, he was accused of threatening a woman with a knife while confining her to a bathroom as well as assaulting and strangling her.

Jeffrey Tenney, 32, a homeless man now located in New Hampshire, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of obtaining unauthorized control of a 2012 Nissan Altima from the parking lot of Walmart in Hooksett on July 11.

Mitchell R. Tennison, 37, of Broad Cove Road in Hopkinton on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling a woman on Aug. 7 in Hopkinton.

James H. Webster Jr., 32, of Lake Street in Bristol on two possession of a controlled drug-subsequent offenses fentanyl, meth charges on March 4 in Franklin.

Taylor Winter, 21, of West Parish Road in Concord on a felony tampering with witnesses and informants charge. On April 7, in Boscawen, he was accused of requesting another man to give a woman a note in an attempt to get a false alibi for a February incident where Winter was charged with habitual offender and reckless conduct.
