Concord Teen Accused Of Drunken Driving On River Road: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Matthew James Hull, born in 1988, of Manchester, was arrested at 3:22 p.m. on Sept. 10, 2026, on disorderly conduct, three simple assault, and three criminal threat charges. Police arrested him after an incident or investigation at the Hannaford supermarket at 73 Fort Eddy Road.

James R. Clark, born in 1980, of Chichester, received a summons at 10:56 a.m. on Sept. 9 on a warrant after an incident or investigation at the McDonald’s Restaurant at 117 Loudon Road.

Jamie L. Prentice, born in 1997, of Concord, was arrested at 9:32 a.m. on Sept. 8 on a warrant after an incident or investigation at the Concord and Royal Gardens apartment complex.

Randall G. Russell, born in 1959, of Concord, received a summons at 7:03 p.m. on Sept. 6 on a public urination or defecation violation. He was cited after an incident or investigation at the New Hampshire Republican State Committee offices at 10 Water St.

Miranda L. Swenson, born in 1994, of Manchester, was arrested at 5:58 p.m. on Sept. 5 on a simple assault charge. She was arrested after an incident or investigation on Loudon Road.

Devin Rafael Rivera, born in 2008, of Concord, was arrested at 1:37 a.m. on Sept. 4 on a driving under the influence and transport alcohol or marijuana by a minor charges as well as lane control and possession/use of tobacco product by a minor violation. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on River Road.

Jimmy Rutikanga, born in 2005, of Concord, was arrested at 8:02 p.m. on Sept. 3 on two simple assault charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at Keach Park.

Keith Cassettari, born in 1984, of Concord, was arrested at 7:19 p.m. on Sept. 3 on two simple assault and two domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident or investigation on Ridge Road.

Dennis B. Gross, born in 1971, of Canterbury, was arrested at 5:01 p.m. on Sept. 3 on two felony possession of a controlled drug charges after an incident or investigation at the Healy Memorial Park trails off Basin Street. He was also arrested on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation at the DoubleTree by Hilton at 172 N. Main St.
