Concord Men Face Trespass, Other Charges: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Matthew Sellers, born 1982, of Concord was arrested at 3:14 p.m. on Sept. 29, 2021, on criminal trespass and resisting arrest or detention charges after an incident on Steeple Views.

John Charles Bologna, 48, of Concord was arrested at 1:01 p.m. on Sept. 27 on a simple assault charge after an incident at the Sun Bright Coin Operated Laundry on Loudon Road.

Ryan M. Rheaume, born 1976, of Concord was cited at 10:08 a.m. on Sept. 26 on a bench warrant after an incident on Duke Lane.

Amanda S. Levesque, born 1982, of Northfield was arrested at 9:05 a.m. on Sept. 26 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident on Loudon Road.

Joseph Rinaldi, born 1961, of Concord was arrested at 7:54 a.m. on Sept. 24 on disorderly conduct and resisting arrest or detention charges after an incident at Cumberland Farms on North Main Street.

Leon P. Severance, 70, of North Emperor Drive in Concord was arrested at 3:40 p.m. on Sept. 23 on driving after revocation or suspension, conduct after an accident, and breach of bail charges. A sergeant was flagged down by a woman on East Side Drive reporting a hit-and-run accident involving a car with a handicapped plate. An officer on Loudon Road found the vehicle and pulled it over in the parking lot of Harbor Freight. The driver, Severance, was questioned about the accident and admitted to being involved, a report said, but left due to there being no damage. The officer checked the car and noted “minor scrapes” on the front passenger side and an indent on the hood of the car. When asked for his license, Severance said, “I don’t have a license,” an affidavit said. A check found he did not have a license due to a refusal of implied consent in June after a drunken-driving arrest. Severance was arrested and held without bail.

Atlanta S. Juarez, born 1998, of Concord was arrested at 3:15 p.m. on Sept. 21 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge and a bench warrant. He was arrested after an incident on Fisherville Road in Cumberland Farms.

Sean K. OMara, 49, of Concord received a summons at 9 a.m. on Sept. 20 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident at the former Concord Drive-In site off Black Hill Road.

Austin Christopher Shelton, born 1995, of Concord was arrested at 2:11 a.m. on Sept. 19 on loitering or prowling and resisting arrest or detention charges after an incident at Market Basket on Ford Eddy Road.

Omar Hutchinson, 29, of Concord, was arrested at 4:17 p.m. on Sept. 18 on felony possession of a controlled drug, stalking, and breach of bail charges after an incident at Subway on North Main Street.

Parrish S. Mathis, born 1965, of Allenstown was arrested at 9:52 a.m. on Sept. 17 on a driving after a revocation or suspension charge on South Main Street.

Jeffrey Clark, born 1985, of Rumney was arrested at 5:26 p.m. on Sept. 15 on a criminal mischief charge after an incident on Garvins Falls Road.
