Concord Man Indicted On Fractured Skull Attack: Court Docs
Plus: sex offender indicted on duty to inform charge; Gilford man indicted on criminal threatening charge; drug indictments; more.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Carroll Thompson, 50, of Lake Shore Road in Gilford on a felony domestic violence-criminal threatening charge. He was accused of putting a former intimate partner in fear of imminent bodily injury on Oct. 18 in Concord. James Bullock, 50, with a last known address of Downey Street in Concord, on forgery and theft by deception charges, both felonies. He was accused of stealing a check and withdrawing $5,345.67 from the account of Charles Leonard Construction Company in Concord on July 8.

Kevin Folsom, 32, of Concord, incarcerated at the Merrimack County Jail at the time of the indictment, on a felony fentanyl possession charge on March 12 on Dover Street in Concord.
Rhianna Frenette, 42, of Loudon Road in Concord on theft by unauthorized taking, a felony due to two prior convictions, and unlawful interference with a fire alarm apparatus, also a felony. She was accused of stealing a Night Owl Security Camera system from Walmart on June 10 and covering a smoke detector with a plastic bag at the Residence Inn on Hall Street on Aug. 20.

Scott W. Gagnon, 54, of North Main Street in Concord on a felony duty to inform charge. He was accused of failing to provide a phone number to Concord police on May 17. Gagnon is a sex offender due to sexually assaulting a boy in October 2010
Kassandra Gordon, 30, of Edward J. Roy Drive in Manchester on five felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine, methamphetamine, alprazolam, fentanyl, and lorazepam charges on June 10 in Concord.
Trevor Hanson, 27, of South Spring Street in Concord on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of punching a man and causing facial and skull fractures on March 13 in Concord.
Kenneth Harzmovitch, 37, of Silver Street in Manchester on a felony theft of services charge. He was accused of refusing to pay a taxi cab fee on Aug. 29 in Concord. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted twice before on theft charges.
Omar Hutchinson, 29, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony possession of amphetamine charge on North Main Street in Concord on Sept. 18.
Devin Alexander Kane, 44, of Hobart Hill Road in Hebron on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing items from Osborne’s Agway in Concord on Aug. 13. Twice before, according to the indictment, he has been convicted on theft charges.
